Top 5:  Jefferson (24), Adams (30), Chase (23), Hill (29), Kupp (30)

6-10:  Diggs (29), Brown (26), Metcalf (25), Lamb (24), McLaurin (27)

Honorable Mention:  Wilson (22), Waddle (24), DaVonta Smith (24), Evans (29), Samuel (27), Higgins (24)    

* Diggs & Evans turn 30 this season.  Adams turns 31

 

Garrett Wilson is the youngest player on the list (the only coming off his rookie year) and by far had the WORST QB play with little help from his fellow WRs.  

Even though it's common for fans to overrate their own players, the 2023 Jets roster FINALLY has some real star power.  Now it's Aaron Rodgers to Garrett Wilson ... so I wouldn't be surprised to see Wilson in the top 7 range next year ... ahead of Diggs, Metcalf and McLaurin.

When looking at Honorable Mention-- Waddle, Smith & Higgins are their team's #2 WRs.  Evans is an aging deep threat and Samuel is coming off a down year after getting paid.

 

For those who don't follow this survey, the 2023 Jets on the top 10 position lists ...    

Aaron Rodgers #4 QB ahead of Herbert & Hurts and behind Mahomes, Burrow & Allen.  Tua Honorable Mention

Sauce Gardner #2 CB behind Surtain

Quinnen Williams #4 DT

CJ Mosley #9 Off Ball Linebacker (which excludes "3-4" Edge pass rushers)

Garrett Wilson Honorable Mention WR

DJ Reed, Breece Hall & AVT all received votes.  Hall & AVT's injury shortened season most likely were factors not being ranked.  Hall in fact received several top 5 RB votes

If there was a #2 and Slot CB ranking, I have little doubt that both Reed & Carter II would be in the top 5

The great thing about them is they are good in all 3 of the below phases:

1. Before the catch:  route running, getting separation

2. At the catch:  body control, high pointing the ball, contested

3. After the catch:  elusiveness, spatial awareness, YAC

It's going to be a joy to watch Rodgers to Wilson.  Praying for both to stay healthy.  We deserve it
