The new darling of the NFL....Miami

Recommended Posts

The fickle media gloms on to some team or other each year and anoints them as the new awesome team that is going to do great things.   Also dropping and crapping on the teams they anointed a mere year or so before.

Miami and Jacksonville seem to be the current absolute darlings of the league.  The team kicked to the curb is Buffalo who everyone is now discounting, also the Chargers have been tossed into the bin.

KC of course is still pretty popular, Cincy is ignored this time of year.

Jets are polarizing as can be, some over endorsement and some ridiculous bad takes just becasue they are the jets.

Chargers and Bills need to do something to get over the hump. Especially Buffalo. Otherwise that hope will continue to fade.

Miami has a top notch team, it just all lies on the QB. Can Tua stay healthy? Really does suck the Jets get a good QB like Rodgers and it’s when the AFC is absolutely loaded.

Yes,AFC is loaded. But the other 3 teams have the same problem. All the Jets have to do is finish 2nd in the East. If so, they will be a playoff team.

From there it’s anyone’s SB for the taking.

No one can “expect” to win the SB. But the Jets have a great opportunity. We should all enjoy the ride.

I'm sorry...am I supposed to be worried about the Dolphins' RBs?

Their OLine is probably a little worse than ours and that's before we even get a chance to see how Becton comes back from injury.

They have a solid defense.  Very good DL and pretty good CBs.  In all, it's almost as good as ours.

They have a better WR2 but do they have a TE on the roster?

And that's all before you factor in Tua's chances of playing even half a season.

They will do fine.  8-9 wins probably, if Tua stays healthy most of the year.  They are not a serious playoff threat this season IMO.

I  should have been drafted #1 overall!

Top notch? Hardly. They had a five game swoon in December and had to beat the jets (just barely) to make the playoffs. And tua started thirteen games.

In a world where Zach Wilson was drafted #2 overall, every other QB in the league has a good case that they should’ve been #1.

..NO WAY he makes it through a  FULL  season without getting hurt/injured  🤨

When Tua gets hit his brain flies out of his ear farther than a Zach Wilson attempted screen pass
