#Bills RB Nyheim Hines suffered a significant knee injury off-site and is expected to miss the entire 2023 season, sources tell me and @RapSheet

A tough break for Buffalo and the versatile Hines, who was acquired at the trade deadline last fall.

#Bills RB and returner Nyheim Hines suffered a knee injury that is believed to be season-ending, per@TomPelissero

Buffalo brought back Hines this offseason on a reworked deal. Brutal.

Ouch!  I'd say this is what teams were waiting on before signing the likes of Cook, Elliot, Hunt, etc.  I expect one of them to end up in Buffalo.

I think his loss in Buffalo is far more as a return man than a RB. He returned two kicks for TDs last year.

Jets just did a YT short about when Chad Morton did this vs Buffalo.

2 KO TDs in 1 game.

Wesrhoff was the man.

The kind of breakdown we saw vs NE wouldn’t have happened on his watch.

yeah this is the unfortunate part of football... Bills probably sign Hunt to a decent deal

That stinks.

No tears for the f-king Bills or their trailer park fans.    Oh well. That's football.  Every team gets bit.  Lord knows the Jets have had more than their fair share.    THey've got to deal with it like every other team.

Clearly, you've never sat near Bills fans when they travel to home Jets games.  Bad smells are the least of it.

Bills are a first class organization with passionate fans. You’re the one coming off like you know what squirrel tastes like scooter

True, good point.  Kinda forgot they had Cook's little brother on the team last year too and he had a decent rookie season but they did loose Singletary in FA to Houson and only added Harris from NE who looks completely shot.  Wouldnt shock me to still see one of them signed...they have zero depth.

Bills fans are the worst. I actually like some of the young guys playing on the bills. Josh Allen seems like a good kid. It's the fans I dislike. Of course, wearing Jets crap all the time and being surrounded by them helps the disdain.

Passing down specialist. 3rd down back, most likely. Didn’t the also sign Damien Harris to be the thumper? Good looking  trio. This hurts.

He was a kick returner.  He had a total of 13 touches other than kick returns after the Bills acquired him last season.  He was not expected to have a role other than returns. I doubt the Bills add a back.  Cook is a good receiving back and Harris is there to run between the tackles.

J.D. McKissic would be a decent fit.  Pure 3rd down back who also CAN return kicks if needed.

Could also pick up former Jet Trenton Cannon, lol.

Funny, I was at the 2nd Bills game in Buffalo, and used the restroom at the half. As I'm walking in some obnoxious Bills fan starts releasing his pent up frustration from losing to us earlier and starts yelling at the top of his lungs for to all Jets fans to eat it. I turned around wearing my jets hat and just smiled and said "guess that loss stung! " which caused him to say "well just not you!" which made me laugh out loud... knucklehead!

Otherwise, they were pretty tame for the most part which I'm sure winning helped.

Damien Harris is 26 and has played 4 years in the NFL.  I'd be far more concerned with Dalvin Cook, Elliott, and Hunt being shot than him.

Bills fans.

After Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered a concussion on Thursday night against the Bengals, over 1,000 Bills fans donated to his Tua Foundation in mostly small amounts, per Buffalo News.

Tagovailoa’s injury on Thursday night came just four days after he was evaluated for a concussion while playing against the Bills.

What started as a single Bills fan's idea to support the injured Lamar Jackson by helping his favorite charity has morphed into a massive fundraiser.

Bills Mafia, now with the support of Chiefs fans, has raised nearly half a million dollars for Louisville's chapter of Blessings in a Backpack. As of Tuesday night at 9:30 p.m., there were 16,350 donors and $445,500 raised.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There is one bright spot in Sunday’s Chiefs loss to the Buffalo Bills. The loss is helping Kansas City kids.

Children’s Mercy Hospital said it received thousands of dollars in donations after Sunday’s game at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

The donations are in response to something Chiefs Kingdom started last season.

Hundreds of Kansas City Chiefs fans donated to Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo after the Chiefs beat the Bills in the playoffs.

Fans donated in $13 increments to symbolize the 13 seconds it took for the Chiefs to march down the field and tie the game. The Chiefs won in overtime.

The hospital said it received more than $300,000 from generous Chiefs fans after the game.

This season, members of the Bills Mafia returned the favor.

A Facebook group called Mafia Babes had a bet with Chiefs Kingdom and members are now paying up.

“We are women of our word. Thanks for the amazing game and we look forward to this rivalry lasting for years to come!”

Children’s Mercy Hospital said it’s received $7,500 from nearly 400 Buffalo Bills fans.

Did you marry a Bills fan?  Is your mother a Bills fan?  Why don't you scoot on over to the Bills site and kiss their arses over there?  Every team has kind fans and obnoxious ones.  When I had endzone seats at Giants Stadium, the same Bills fans who traveled to the Meadowlands and sat near us for about 5 years were drunk, smelly, butt cracks showing (literally)... directly in front of my kids.   So kiss off.

Really, I'm sorry youre so upset at a little jabbing at the disgusting Bills fans we've had through the years.

buffalo has james cook and damien harris.  doubt they bring in another "big name" RB.

i forgot, they also added latavius murray in the off-season, although he's more likely to compete with harris for the "big back" role

He was dynamic as a kick returner for Buffalo, and was an "X" factor in any game that he played in.  I'm sorry that he's out for the season, but happy that this is one guy we don't have to worry about.  I hope he makes a full and complete recovery though!
