I've listened to the video a few times and it sounds to me like Rodgers says names and not name...being any of his coaches.

Haha dude if he says anything again we have the moral high ground and I bet his own players are going to be like yo coach you need to shut your mouth. Love.it

Wow he didn't sugar coat it.  Called Payton insecure and really seemed pissed.  Jets have been punching bags so long it's great to see them punch back, first Billy Turner, then their HOF QB.  Rodgers hasn't won any games yet but he is certainly doing everything right so far.  Can't wait until the season.

Football is a game of sniping and trolling and bad mouthing and disrespect.  Every one does it to some extent

I mean Aaron Rodgers yells at the Detroit fans that he owns them., then gets beat by Detriot the last game of last year.

Good for Rodgers for sticking up for his guy but almost no one is a respectful saint.

It will have no effect at all on the game vs Denver.

I respect that Aaron Rogers defended his coach. That is exactly what a leader needs to do.

However, reading between the lines, we now have two “nice guy” coaches. Players love to play for them, it’s fun, they show respect, they are family men, etc., yet not once did Rogers say Hackett is an offensive genius or a game changer.  Maybe he feels that way, but it didn’t roll off his tongue. Reminds me of how players feel about Saleh.

I just hope our two players coaches put it all together to bring out the best from this team and it shows up in their record and a playoff run.

Ask elijah moore, mecki becton and denzel mims who easy it is to play for said nice guy coach.

Bro this was awesome. No downside. Leader of the team.

Sean's comments were trash sure, but it really was rare for a coach to do that in public. I think Rogers not playing PC here is perfect esper when matched up with everything else he has been doing with the team.

This is literally what every jets fan has wanted a strong confident QB that can play. Of course Rogers story will be all based on if he wins or not but all these extra stuff just builds his legend. Builds what guys think of him and how hard they are going to remember and play for him.

Taking the money discount, backing his team like this it's all 👍

A Rod to the entire NY coaching staff & players. What a great feeling to have a bad ass on the team, knowing that however bad things are going… this guy is going to take matters into his own hands and all you have to do is your job!
