Ferguson was the real OT ironman.

Never missed a snap in practice and in  NFL games

was in on 10707 snaps out of 10708 lays. The only

snap he wasn't lined up in his Jets career, was when Revis

replaced him at LT. On the last play of the game when the Jets

only chance was to lateraling till they scored a winning TD

Brick was one of my favorite players during his career and so under appreciated during his playing days by quite a few Jets fans but maaaaannn, what the Jets would do right now to have a LT of his caliber right now!!

Thomas was proud of his record of being available as he should be

but Brick's feat was better. Interesting Revis replaced him on the only

snap he missed at LT in his career

When Brick was thinking of packing it in we had a lot of people on here who were not too upset and thought he was done.  I said then that when teams lose a good staring LT it can take years and many attempts to replace that guy.
