We know that he was already running the offense while having his hacked puppet buddy on the sideline. He understands both sides of the ball and will immediately bring respect to this organization. Saleh doesn;t understand the offense enough to be a hybrid type HC. AR has the understanding of both sides of the ball and I believe with a decent DC he will elevate the status of this team just with his own merits. Nevertheless, his communication, football IQ, leadership and experience will be one of the greatests assets in the history of this organization at the coaching level. When is the last time we had an offensive minded HC?
