Yes, Defon levels will be upped as the losses pile up.  But thank you for your concern about my defcon levels.

You sir, take this waaaaaaaaaaaaay to seriously.  But good for you.

Nah you don't get to play that card.  You didn't know what DEFCON levels mean even though you've been saying this over and over in threads, lol.  Just submit a laugh emoji and move on.  Instead you got defensive.  You're fun!

After last nights game I will have to say that the Jets were exposed both offensively and defensively in a bad way!!!

Offensively: The offensive line still needs to be fixed. Duane Brown needs to be benched because his pass blocking is atrocious and he is the reason why Rodgers is out. After that the game plan was too conservative and IMO the offense looked predictable of when they are going to run and pass. I believe ZW needs to relax when playing but I find it impossible with that oline that he has. ZW constantly forces his throws and I believe when he does that the turnovers begin.

Defensively: They got exposed badly and teams will look at this film carefully. The Jets have a problem covering TE's and the secondary got beatup by Lamb. Where was the pressure on the QB? Why couldn't they keep Sauce on Lamb all game long?

Its only two games and the Jets need to start making moves to improve their weaknesses!!! Zack Wilson was givien a second chance and he is blowing it, trying to force things. The coaching staff needs stop playing conservatively and start playing a better gameplan. Saleh needs to bench Duane Brown before he looses ZW for the season of any QB.

Issue is, not every team has the Dallas D, combined with that they are pretty good on O, and have a kicker who hits every kick as well as drives all kickoffs out of the end zone. We cannot correct some of these areas on the fly so easily. They can tweak the oline during a week of practice but that is something we see if the can do. Realistically they can’t look to make a switch at QB until the bye week and that is if they sign another QB very soon. They likely would only put Boyle in if Zak gets hurt. The D mostly had a rusty Lawson and mainly run stoppers on early downs where Dallas was throwing a lot. They should have adjusted that but Dallas was going no huddle a lot preventing substitutions. The Bills did that as well but we were able to squeeze in substitutions here and there the way they were going no huddle. We have to keep in mind this was a game on a short week with the lot of an emotional roller coaster with losing Rodgers and the way we beat the Bills. Then we had to travel to Dallas where for the first 3 quarters every damn call was going their way until we were down 3 scores and then Cook put the game out of reach with his fumble forcing the only chance we had was Zak trying to make plays that generally result in INTs. Lets see how this week goes against NE. We need the stadium crowd to be a nasty 12 man and this D needs to make Mac Jones very uncomfortable. Our O then needs to play their game of running and timely passing without being 20 points behind since there are very few teams that can overcome that unless they are playing crap teams like Arizona where the Giants did it.

relax ass cheeks!

last week we were celebrating how great the D was and our only issue was the QB- Zach played way better than i anticipated. made some nice throws..stepped up instead of running backawards. wasnt great - but much better than i thought he would do. the issue is the line and the D couldt stop 3rd and long. some missed opportunities, like the tip on the pass to garrett in the end zone and the dropped pick 6 - also the fumble of course a dallas olineman is there to jump on it

thats 14 points right there atleast - maybe 17

if those 2 or 3 plays come to fruition, its a totally dif game - possibly even a win! but atleast a close game

football is a game of inches. yesterday it didnt go our way

you cant go from one week saying we are amazing and the next week with death, doom and gloom.

thats insane

We have 3 years of evidence of what this team will be.  We cannot ignore that anymore.  This is a 6 win team.

Aaron Rodgers aint walking through that door.

Yes we did.  It is Defcon 5 now.  It is open season on Douglas and Saleh.  There are no more excuse.  If the loses keep piling up, it is going to get real bad for those 2.

You cannot defend them anymore.  They have to win games now!

You have the disease!

Nothing about the team was good yesterday. The Jets have a better roster than NE but Belichick isn't an idiot. A lot of yesterday's loss was on coaching decisions. NE is going to try to confuse and rush ZW into bad decisions. He's going to make bad decisions if he's left with sh*tty protection and expected to be the hero he isn't. Yesterday's game was a blueprint for how to beat this defense. Maybe when they said they are the 85 Bears they mean if you got the 85 Bears together to play today.

Jets got blown out the building yesterday and needed the Bills to repeatedly kick themselves in the dick AND get a special teams score to eke out a win week 1.

Pats, Chiefs, Broncos and Eagles before the bye... looking at 1-5 and season over.

Even though none of those teams has looked like world beaters, this might not be too far off. This week is crucial. Win against NE (which I would bet they don't - BB is not going 0-3 to start a season, sorry folks) and it's a different ballgame. The sad thing is, they start 1-5, you know they will win a few or more meaningless games to FU draft position later on and wind up in no mans land yet again at 7 or 8.

Accuracy checks out. The Jets offense is no immediate threat to anyone's security around the national football league.

Jacksonville exposed them last year. Screens to the backs and Tight ends kill this defense, they use the aggressive line against them. You are not bringing up anything new.

You forgot that our so-called coaching was also exposed.

That's very possible.  The Pats and Broncos are the winnable games, though neither will be easy (and we could easily lose both).
