But I guess when you have statistically the worst QB to step on an NFL field and play 2+ seasons outside of maybe JaMarcus Russell, a defensive minded HC/cheerleader who knows less about offense than Rex, an inept offensive coaching staff, and a turnstile OL, people will still find ways to blame other parts of the team that need to be perfect at all times to compensate.

I talked to two non-Jets fans who happened to watch both the Jets games so far.  Both, unprompted, said how “Sauce didn’t look nearly as good as they thought he would” or similar.

Unfortunately the 3 other defenders right next to him, Mosley included, watched a Cowboys OL run 30 yards and dive on it.  Ulbrich better put that tape on repeat.  Embarrassing.

Sauce is scheme proof but he's undoubtedly more impactful in man than zone but Saleh seemed to forget that Sauce is dominant in man coverage and went back to dropping him in zone, including by the goal line.

He look like crap so far, especially dropping that pick 6. First game wrote   it off as him mourning is Boo Rodgers. Doesn’t look focused, hopefully  it changes,

Sauce is among the furthest from the Jets problems, and certainly no degree of blame for yesterday's mess, but allowing 6 of 7 and a TD isn't exactly worthy of a brag either.

The weak tackling on the Ferguson TD and dropped pick 6 stand out to me. If Sauce wants to elevate his game to a different stratosphere he needs to make those plays. With that being said I don’t think any Jets fan is seriously “worried” about Sauce

Dropped pick 6, missed tackles, giving up tds etc.  Sauce was worse yesterday then is being discussed.

Sauce played fine. Your expectations are just too high. He's a corner, not a miracle worker.
