My guy....you literally had threads breaking down his 4 plays frame by frame.  People breaking out magnifying glasses.....you're gonna talk to me about last year?  Ok, let's talk about last year:

3695, 26/12 is washed?  Clearly you haven't been watching Jets games if that's washed.  You'd get on your knees and polish a knob for those numbers here.  (won't even bring up the fractured thumb...surely either that didn't matter, or just proves we were trading for a brittle QB - whatever argument fits best)

He was 11th in yards last year.

Guess what. Dalvin Cook was 6th in Rush Yards .

when you watched the games you could see the decline of both from 2021 .

and we get him with Major injury Comeback 2 years later

you will wake up next year when he returns and will see that you at most will reach the playoffs with him. No superbowl in reach

It's almost like you don't read the posts you respond to.  Weird.

That’s a key point. This is no longer a reset year for Zach, it’s likely his final evaluation year.

While we all seem to know what he is…. Big arm, good scrambler, bad decision-maker, less than accurate…. We will simply have more evidence of all this by the end of the year. And that likely accelerates the decision, pending Aaron Rodgers off-season recovery, as to whether they will get rid of Wilson for pennies on the dollar in early ‘24 and bring in a true veteran #2 quarterback, or if they stick with him and just don’t pick up the option.

Really? Is Wilson still considered a viable QB option? He is hot garbage with a losers mentality. Cut him loose and see who picks him up...I don't think ANYONE will. Hackett is not helping him in the least calling plays meant for Rodgers when Wilson is clearly not up to the task. The Jets can still win games if Hackett adjusts his play calling to quick, short passes and sticks with the run game even when it doesn't seem to be working. And put Uzomah on the bench and play Ruckert who can actually block.

I know most of you have being around JN longer than me. I did perhaps lost touch after JI was bought out. I did have a 386x CPU back in 1997 with AOL internet with a whooping 1mb per minute.  My point is that I have being around for a long time cheering this team.

We should be very upset and stop pretending that we are fine because we are not. Saleh is also about to lose the locker room with angry players such as Hall and I am sure he stirred the pot with his dumb comments.

As far as the offseason,  I was not a strong advocate for Aaron Rodgers and I really wanted Carr--who by the way is 2-0--due to his cap-friendly contract, non-compensation (draft picks), age, durability and experience. Once Rodgers became a Jet, the only choice was to root for him 110%.  Unfortunately, I had a gut feeling that he wasn't going to last the entire season and it obviously became fruition.

The thing that upsets me the most is that we didn't take care of the Oline. We brought back an aging LT, a mediocre C (it was a damn good deal for the Jets  cap wise), multiple injured players returning (Becton, Maxwell, AVT, Brown). a major bust LG (another JD gem), I mean, the sh*t just keeps on piling like fertilizer on a kimchi field.  But the worst part of all was entrusting Zach WIlson as the back-up QB. This action illustrated the obsessive infatuation for this kid.  Numbers don't lie and Wilson has been at the bottom of the barrel on all stats.  Why not bring a reliable back-up QB?

I am very certain that we universally think Zach Wilson is the biggest bust in NY Jets history (sorry Gholston!).  It is understandable that we feel an attachment towards him, mainly because we drafted him (blood related feeling), but this is a business and you have to honor your customers.  As fans, we deserve a better upper management and a hybrid head coach to run our beloved NY Jets, because 5 years of mismanagement from the current office and terrible coaching is long enough.

We should be very upset!

Pretty easy to say that now. A few of us have been very vocal about being disgusted for the past 6 months and caught sh*t from a board full of homers worshiping Joe Douglas.

Tried to tell ya'll. Although, admittedly, the team did bring all of you crashing down to earth earlier than I expected. In that regard, JD's incompetence surpassed even my expectations. Rodgers going down when he did was the best possible outcome for this team this year. I had, mentally, already lost (wasted) our 1st next year. This season has unfolded better than I expected. Hopefully next off season we'll have a new GM that will now have a 1st to possibly address the QB situation. Or, minimally, at least not waste it on a rotational defensive player that can't even make the active roster.

Uggggg.  I wish it turned out differently, but at least we now know - it's really time to move on from Zach.

It's easy just to say it is all on Zach but it's not. I do not think he should be our QB any longer but that is because Saleh (a bottom 5 HC in the NFL) will never treat Zach the way he should be to be successful. No one is mentioning the 22 carries for 38 yards. They blame that on Zach because "he can't beat them (other teams) deep" but they make no attempt to fix that.

The Jet's KNOW that they will be facing 8 and 9 man boxes. There are many many ways to deal with that schematically. What do the Jets do? They do the ONLY thing Saleh knows: "he runs THEIR offense" So we get a standard run up the middle on 9 of 11 of the games first downs from the start.  That is guaranteed to fail. 2nd and forever leads to 3rd and long and we are not good at 3rd and long. But it's all Zach's fault.

Whatever. Get him to a different team. Saleh can continue to fail and in 2 years Woody can hire another ultra conservative defensive minded head coach and the cycle continues.
