Hmmmm...Ogbuehi isn't very good, so Swoboda must have looked pretty bad.

More veteran depth for the OL, I guess.

Actually the line was doing better last year when Cedric O. Started at RT till he got hurt. If they brought him in on the PS over some OL prospect then that means they are starting to be ready for making Oline changes if the current starters do not get up to par like now.

"Og-Bway-He" filled in admirably last year when called upon, so did Mitchell. Do we want to see them on the field, no, but at least they have options.

I don't hate the move, as I also thought he did a decent job for us last year.

But he is what he is - a break glass in case of emergency type of option. I guess we are getting closer to that point.

Looks like Brown did not practice today and the team is ready to move on and they needed another body.

Wait a second. I hope people noticed that chuma edoga was playing left tackle for the cowgirls.  He did pretty well against the vaunted jet dline.  The point is that guy couldn’t hold down the rt spot and is not lt on one of the better teams in the nfl.  It’s all about coaching.  Where’s Muir or Callahan or Scarnecchia when you need then?

He was playing LG. He also went out before the half with an injury

Okay, I stand corrected. The point is this guy couldn’t buy a position on the jets but is starting for a really good team.  Why does it seem so easy for other teams to replace these positional guys but the jets just try to keep rolling with these vets?  My opinion has always been that the oline needs to be set and learn how to play together but at some point they’re not getting it.  Is Brown out because of injury or does he know how badly he played?

He is a backup. Their regular LG Tyler Smith has been out with an injury. Now Edoga is out..

While there was plenty to celebrate in the win over the Jets, it wasn't all good news for Dallas.

Offensive guard Chuma Edoga exited the game before halftime with an elbow injury and did not return. Jerry Jones reportedly "doesn't think the injury is significant," but football fans know how quickly injury statuses can change over a week.

The severity of Edoga's injury is still unknown, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's inactive as a precautionary move. After all, this isn't even his first injury of the year. He dealt with a knee injury that saw him carted off during training camp and while he's since recovered, the last thing we need is for his status to worsen.

His play on the field hasn't been that great, either, with a 50.3 overall Pro Football Focus grade across 101 offensive snaps.

Before the game everyone was harping about how Q was going to dominate him.
