#27TheDominator
I chose the Denver game, but my theory is Zach with a short leash against the Chiefs. Not as short as we give him, but shorter than he has had. If they pull him they go Boyle. If Boyle does well he sticks, if he doesn't they start Siemian against Denver. If Boyle sticks, he gets the Denver game and is then sacrificed against Philly. If he wins he stays if he gets eviscerated, as expected, then Siemian for post bye and beyond.
BigRy56
Denver feels right. He needs a little bit of time to get up to speed then they’ll drop him in

UntouchableCrew
Denver. Losing to the Pats was the end of the line for Zach practically but after he sh*ts his pants on SNF it will officially be the end. Simien is studying the playbook and will get first team reps in practice next week.

Last year let Zach run the gauntlet and then inserted Mike White against Chicago and Minnesota's 29th ranked defense.

Actually the MO of this front office is to bend over backwards to make excuses for the worst QB of the 21st century and give him chance, after chance, after chance to prove himself. And he sh*ts his pants and sucks every single time.

CrazyCarl40
It’s Zach until the bye when they’re 1-5. Boyle never sees the field because he’s worse than Wilson. 1

derp
I think Siemian after the bye. Maybe Boyle in the interim, but with Philly before the bye I think you make the switch after. And Denver’s defense looks bad so I think Wilson gets that one as a last ditch chance to prop him up.
ChuckkieB
After another half of horrible play and hearing the resounding chorus of passionate booing throughout the stadium on national tv, the Jets knucklehead hierarchy will finally be shamed into making a switch at halftime. Trevor Siemian will do almost as poorly in the 2nd half as Zack did in the 1st half, but the fanbase will be dancing in the streets anyway because at least it will be FINALLY be the end of Zack Wilson. If this bum takes another snap as the Jets starting QB after this week, the NFL should investigate because it flies in the face of all logic and reason which of course might mean that Woody Johnson has been compromised via a pee video or something even worse that's being held over his head by the Wilson family. Apparently the Jet Blue organization doesn't mess around!

Warfish
Not sure he will. But if he does, it'll be one minute after it's too late to matter. Not that I think he would make it matter than much more than Zach tbqh.
rangerous
As a starter or mid game replacement? It seems to me that semian isn’t much better than Boyle. He’s had some experience as a starter in Denver but that was quite some time ago. And when played for the jets it took all of one game before he was out. I seriously doubt the team will feel he gives them a better chance to win than Zach. On the other hand, this team is supposed to be built for a qb who can manage a game , not make mistakes, and keep the chains moving. Maybe he can succeed. varjet
I think for the Chiefs Boyle steps in if Zach completely bombs. The Jets will get a play boost from a QB that the Chiefs did not prepare for. The Jets are losing against the Chiefs no matter what, even if AR8 was playing. Let Boyle give them a spark/change-up. I can see Siemian start against the Broncos. All three QBs will play plenty this season. They all will stink to various degrees.

He'll get 1 more full game to prove himself because of Saleh's loyalty, which he will still shyt the bed going 11-34, 116 yds, 0TDs, 3 INTS. I want to make sure that Siemian plays by the Denver game. At that point we'll be 1-3 and the season might still be salvageable.

JagsFanJif
Didnt they sign him as the #3? If they're not benching Zach now, I dont think they're going to, the film from the Pats game is as bad as it gets and he melted down in garbage time when most QB's are padding their stats. They truly believe in this kid. I say never for Siemian.
