1) No intentional grounding call on Mahomes. Ball didn’t get back to LOS and Mahomes was still in the tackle box; doesn’t matter if Pacheco was barely in the area.

2) The big one - the no call on Jermaine getting held like a mother****er on the 3rd and 20 run. Would have resulted on a 3rd and 30 in chiefs territory with 7ish mins left in the game.

3) The obvious one - the ugly call on Sauce.

Honorable mention: the “ineligible man downfield” on a designed screen that completely stopped momentum on a drive. That happens on every screen and is never called.

I wish just for once Saleh would speak up at the podium and call this out. Let the internet prove him right. Have woody pay the fine. But ******* speak up. It’s the same thing I said on the backbreaking RTP call in Dallas at that critical juncture, and of course the NFL came out and confirmed it was a bad call after the game. Enough is ******* enough.

F the refs and all but think about the repercussions for the rest of the season. The refs would do this all season long. It's not about the fine. Is five minutes of publicly venting followed by a week of Saleh having to apologize for it worth ruining at least one season?

How about we do it?

i think the NFL needs to specify what "in the area" means.  i'd say that mahomes was definitely trying to throw to Pacheco but the ball was about 10 yds short.  how is that "in the area"?

I’d argue he clearly wasn’t. Shotputted it to avoid the sack. Probably borderline on the call but I don’t think, if we’re letting objectivity into it, there’s any chance he threw that was legitimate intent to complete it.

Seriously, the calls were so blatantly bad on such crucial plays that i wonder if they were intentional. With so much gambling on football now, it is not far-fetched. Heck, one of the biggest stories of the night was mahomes sliding instead of scoring to effectively end the game and screwing all the bettors who had the Chiefs giving 8.5.

Thought the same thing also.  I would never bet a dime on football, or any sport.

There has to be at least one lunatic, obsessive psycho fan that is already planning some real-life threats.  Slow it down a$$hole!

The NFL needs to allow all plays to be challenged.

Harassing someone personally on social media over a sporting event is at best inappropriate and at worst dangerous with all the crazies out there.

Literally what social media was invented for.

Letting everyone know how bad those calls is a great thing.

Playing devil's advocate ... maybe refs are instructed to only throw the flag if it has a meaningful impact on the outcome of the play? Otherwise just "let them play".

How often have we complained in the past about flags being thrown on the other side of the field that had no impact on the outcome of the play?

Both teams got it bad in different spots. We just got it bad at the end of the game. For KC, they won so we aren’t hearing about it but what about the safety we got, that wasn’t a safety? The horse collar tackle that wasn’t a horse collar tackle? I’m sure there was some others, point being we also got some bad calls that put us back in the game. That loss stung, we had the chance to go and win that game taken from us but overall, a bad game by the refs pretty much all game long.

He slid to lock in the win with no possibility of a Jets comeback. If he slides, as he did, they kneel on it and the game is over. If he scores, the Jets have the opportunity to score twice with a quick TD/FG plus recovering an onside kick.

Their goal is to win the game, not cover the point spread by scoring a meaningless TD that (in terms of winning the game) would've served only to give the Jets a chance at a comeback.

I will send them a thank you for the 15 yard horse collar they gave us that wasn't a horse collar and the safety they gave us that wasnt a safety.
