Lebron giving Zach props. Maybe this is the game that will be the turning point in his career ?

Isn’t he friends with Rodgers? Maybe doing him a solid to motivate Zach after a tough loss where….and I can’t I’m saying this….he was the best player on the field.

Zach has/had been terrible for 2+ years. Everybody knows Wilson's been horrid. You still don't do that.

Like he couldn't just leave it at the add-on to his Were you surprised?, as the "and you can be honest," & the tone in which it's clearly meant was plenty far enough. Then after not getting the dirt-flinging comment he was after, he comments like he probably does - like we all do - when wasted with friends off camera.

It's one thing for Jets royalty Joe Namath to say it when he's getting interviewed. It's quite different for Patriots non-royalty Rodney Harrison to say it as an interviewer. Is he so dense he doesn't know the difference?

It's like Harrison couldn't tell he was inadvertently insulting Jones as well, calling his intelligence & judgment into question for the crime of for not acting the classless child Harrison wanted him to join him in being? For his part, Jones - who's always interviewed like a really nice & smart fella with his head on straight, and it showed here again - for a second looked like he suddenly wanted to punch Harrison in his smarmy face until it stopped making noise.

Has anyone outside Patriots fans ever liked Harrison?

This game was on the heels of jones sucking in dallas and being benched nationally so he was trying to remind America that wilson is worse.

There’s some 58 year old white NBC programming executive watching that from his Greenwich mansion excitedly going “haha, yes! This is what the people want! Go, Rodney! Give them the sass in your sassy suit!”

Shiny doesn’t always equal sassy.  Sometimes it just means cheap and ugly 😁

At the end of the day the fact Rodney Harrison acted like that likely sober is the bigger concern. I mean that’s old  classic belligerent over pressing drunk comment, “ I’m not drunk, I’m just saying!” Then all the sober people  slightly change their body language modestly away from you!

Harrison will forever be remembered as one of the NFLs cheap shot artists. I never saw a guy pile on after a player was down as much as he did.

And they kiss his ass now like he was some kind of great player

Are you thinking of Boyle?  That is the punter, Morstead.  He was in the league 100 years, but most of them were with the Saints.  He never played with Rodgers.  Maybe at the pro bowl one year.

I meant Lebron James who tweeted to Zach Wison

Extremely unprofessional

Can’t come out that heated as a “reporter” conducting an interview even if you’re thinking it and you think 90% of the world agrees with you

Venting like that is what forums like this are for 😊😬

Somebody send that man a link to JN and the “DEFCON 3 thread” 😊

This makes me feel better about that scene in Hard Knocks where Harrison was fanboying while talking to Sauce before the HoF game, and Sauce was basically giving him this "why tf am I talking to this dude" energy.  I think I'm gonna go watch that again.

Ah.  My bad.  If the kid had said this after he sh*t the bed against New England last year we might have made the playoffs.

Tue but I actually think his confidence and brain were shot at that point. The biggest things saving him are Hackett (friendly and sociable type of teacher) and Rodgers backing him up.

Not sure who I loathe more between Harrison and Dungy. Zach may be a bad player but they’re both bad humans.

Dungy is universally beloved and rightfully so. One of the real good guys in the league.
