FidelioJet
Cook is done and it's clear. It's not like he's a good blocker. I mean can Izzy be worse?

Asymmetrical
I thought he'd be mediocre but he's steaming hot garbage. If they want to keep Hall on a pitch count that's fine but those touches need to go to Izzy or Carter. The man has no juice

He never should have been signed. Many people knew it. To make matters worse, we signed him as he was rehabbing. How we guaranteed $5.8 Million is beyond me.

I understand why RBs are upset over their NFL value. In the blink of an eye, you go from stud to dud at this position. Unfortunately, D Cook is dud. Cut him and bring in Izzy.

Popular Post DireJet
The sad thing is there are creases and running lanes for Cook. He’s just too slow to exploit them. And then you see what it looks like when Breece gets a similar opening. It looks like he’s returning a god damn kickoff. Get Izzy in there. He will explode through these holes and rip off Breece-sized chunks of yards. The OL isn’t getting enough credit because it looks like Cook is running in quicksand. 4

Joe W. Namath
Unfortunately, there is a less than 0% chance cook gets cut. He was brought there by Rodgers and will be the number 2 back the entire year. 1 1

hawk
I fully expect to hear about a "injury" shortly. He got paid, now will shut it down while being able to "rehab" to stay in shape for next year.

As a pass blocker and receiver he was dreadful last season. He's never been good in those areas so no surprise there. And we all know RB's only get worse with age. It was pretty easy to see the wall was coming. Hence why the Vikings went out of their way to cut Cook when they didn't need to. Hell, they just traded for Cam Akers so even they recognize Mattison kinda sucks and they needed another back, but they cut Cook anyways.

He was nothing special but was decent running back depth at almost no cost, and he was running better last year that Cook is running now.

Ecuadorian Jet
Not only should Cook be cut and Izzy activated, but this "pitch count" with Hall needs to stop, or at the very least it needs to be reevaluated.
