Texans, Lions and Jaguars have made more progress than the NY Jets

The Lions are about to start the season 4-1; CJ Stroud led Texans are currently 2-2 and the Jaguars are finding their groove as well at 2-3 post BIlls victory.

The NY Jets have been strucked with bad luck as well, but 4+ years with this management and really haven't taken a consistent leap forward like the teams mentioned above, CJ Stroud will win the rookie of the year award and Detroit will make a deep run in the playoffs. In the meantime, the NY Jets are still trying to find identity on week 5 and 4.5 years of tenure from Joe Douglas and company,

A loss to the Broncos should be enough conviction for upper management changes and at a minimum Saleh's job.

Your incessant negativity is depressing. I wish you would go root for the giants.

BTW I'm pretty sure this defense was built by Saleh, even though it goes against your constant negative agenda so you will never acknowledge it.

JD has done nothing to deserve himself another HC to throw under the bus.  His and Saleh's futures are now completely tied together, they both go or they both stay, no exceptions.  Thankfully, Chris Johnson is no longer running things to repeat the Maccagnan/Bowles idiocy.

With that said, the Rodgers situation likely buys everyone another year, but there will be no more acceptable excuses after that.

The lions havent made the playoffs in forever and now they are making a deep playoff run??

At this point, devon achane is the runaway rookie of the year.

You drinking early today Bronxy?

After watching IP run at all last week, I’m not looking forward to playing them right now.

With Rodgers this year we wouldn’t have to deal with these threads.

Firing Saleh after 5 games would be as dumb as it gets.
Interested to know what’s he’s done to deserve to be fired.
Because it’s something, anything, no matter how little sense it makes.  What disconnected fans say after a loss

We are 1-3, 15+ years of missing the playoffs, bla bla bla,  The run defense that allowed the Chiefs to win the game last week, bottom stats on sacks, etc.  Throw me a bone please and fuk the Giants.

We are about to play a big game today after the best game our young QB has played in his short career. This staff has built a championship defense, as well as adding a hall of fame QB to the team. You just hate Saleh and Zach.

And you have to go 15 years plus bla bla bla to you.  You just can't wait to post something negative. Try some optimism for a change. you might like it.

Go study your stats, they don't tell the whole story and please go root for the giants.

Let’s not compare the Texan’s #2 QB pick vs. our #2 QB pick

Agreed.  He should get at least half the season.  Half time of game 9.

The Lions have made more progress, mainly because they flipped their established QB for another established QB. Made out like bandits in that trade.

Not sure I buy that the Texans or Jaguars have made more progress. Lawrence looks like a huge disappointment in Jax and the Texans being “not terrible” isn’t some huge mark of progress even if Stroud looks good.

Remind me how we started our season last year
