Saw a couple of innings of each of Schilling's starts and he looks as good as ever.

From what he has shown thus far,last seasons numbers were definately the result of him not being healthy.

Papelbon also looks great but will need change-up or hook added to his arsenal at some point.

Realizing he is old and on the downside of his career, it is not like he is some featherweight like Pedro or Clement. He had virtually no offseason to get/stay in shape. Yes, pear is a shape. If I had a dollar for every article I read that wrote off Schilling, I would be a twenthainaire. Just what you want to do. Give a pitcher who loves the spotlight a chipo he can place on his shoulder because everyone said he was washed up.
