Today was the least surprising Jets game I’ve ever watched. I spent more time making Jets memes than watching the game.

Not surprised not embarrassed. 

I went numb years ago only to be woken from my Percocet induced oblivion with the Rodgers trade.  
After play 5 of the season I’ve slipped further into the darkness with bourbon and opioids.  
 

Mock drafts without our high second is going to suck.  Maybe we can trade Huff to replenish that loss?

Trading away that 2nd rounder really hurts.  And this is supposed to be a very talented and deep draft.

I told my family that we were going to lose 31-13. Wasn’t far off on the score but man I was pissed watching the game. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

I for one was shocked. I was told by all the football experts on this very board that the only problem with this offense, team, was one zw, and once replaced with any living breathing organism with a left or right arm, this offense was ready to explode. Than we got 50 yards of total offense into the 4th quarter, that’s a bad drive for the chiefs.

Other teams have injuries and don't field historically bad offenses like ours. 

Just look around this season.  There's a bunch of backup QB's playing with backup players and they still manage to play above historic-suck.  

This is bad management and bad coaching.

We all knew Boyle would suck. But I honestly can’t say that this game was any worse than any other jets game I’ve watched this year. 

We have been subjected to 3 years of torture from Zach Wilson. A change was definitely needed. Do you disagree?

Maybe we get rid of the GM who has a horrible track record

Not at all, I have been saying for weeks a change needed to be made, but I also said I didn’t think it would make a shred of difference, because the offense has a ton of problems, zw was one of but nowhere near the only one. And I was told how wrong I was that zw was the only problem ,

The coddling of Zach Wilson from these idiots has set the Jets back a decade. I'm just glad it's over and pray a proper reset ensues. 

Bring in Harbaugh, a new QB, and let him make roster decisions. 

 

I have a feeling guys like Garrett, Sauce, and Hall are going to start griping to get tf out of Florham Park sooner than later...

Then someone said that lafluer was calling the plays in Green Bay. Well sh*t it all makes sense although I can appreciate rodger sticking up for his friend. **** Hackett , he is terrible. Carr, Brady, Namath, Jesus Christ could be back there under center and jacks stupid ass play calling and offense would still suck. You can't win without scoring points.

Why would Harbaugh choose this job?  We're committed to AR8 for 1-2 years.  Plus is he taking over the whole thing and we're firing JD as well?

I agree.  And it's going to really stink when that happens.  If it does, I think the correct approach would be to try to get as many draft picks as possible.  Then tank that year to try to get #1 overall.  Use some of that draft capital each year to continually trade for future assets.  And invest in the best scouts they can possibly find (Scot McLoughan would be on my radar.  I don't care if he's an alcoholic).

Yup, you are right.  But other teams don't lose 3 of their first-string OL's, and their 2nd, and in some cases down to their 4th string, for two years in a row.  

This OL has been devasted by injuries two years in a row.  More and more evidence of the field of play, but GLARINGLY more evidence that the league might be better going back to 14-game seasons.  I don't care how strong you are.  Trying to block 300+ pound men who can all run the 40 in 5 seconds is just not sustainable.  

But you put all the injuries and bad QB play together with continually uncreative OC's, and what else do you think is going to happen?
