  1. 1. Who is the most disappointing Head Coach?

Between Saleh and Bowles for me but I went Bowles.

Consider that his career started with a 10-5 start….then consider what happened after that…

Also he was billed as at least being a very good, aggressive DC and we got neither strong nor aggressive defense in his tenure.  Massive disappointment.

Herm - from day 1 I knew he was limited. Can’t say I was disappointed he achieved at the level I thought he would

Mangini - saw through his act immediately even during his first season when he was getting called the greatest coach ever.

Bowles - still don’t understand why he benched Ivory in the biggest game of the year

Gase- total fn garbage

Saleh - Bowles clone

Mangini was the biggest disappointment because he was supposed to be the second bite at the apple at a Parcells style replacement coming out of Belichick's camp but turned out to be a worse version of Belichick.

He helped Tannenbaum build a coherent team (but had his moments of sucking on that for sure) but ultimately his team was only ever as good as the roster. He didn't make the team better and arguably made it worse.

Saleh has been a big disappointment but he was another rookie DC-turned-HC and IMO it's less disappointing to see the third rendition of the same thing.

Disappointing is much different than worst

I went RS, he’s definitely not the worst or even in that discussion, but I really liked the hire and thought he would do so much better.

He absolutely is in the running for being the worst ... I liked and wanted him too ... But so far

I have my reservations about Saleh, but let's see what he can do as a head coach with an NFL level QB for an entire year.

I hated the Gase signing but the guy was saddled with an awful roster and never had a QB.

Herm Edwards would have been fondly remembered if he chose to play to win the game instead of not to lose the game.

Saleh by far.  I thought he was a good hire.

Gase was horrible, but I knew he would be.

Bowles was Bowles, no surprises there.

Edwards was a decent coach.

Mangini exceeded my very minimal expectations, albeit not bt much.

These Ecuadorian Jet threads are depressing.

Least Mangini left a roster that brought us couple fun years  with Rex. Maybe that’s the best we can hope for here? Maybe the next guy can do better with what’s left behind? Yet, Mangini left the pieces to a solid O line, this O-line is more like a burnt piece of chicken.

i knew Saleh would win this, he is the flavor of the month that everyone hates right now.

he took over a team who was torn down in a rebuild. are you disappointed we won 4 games with Zach? why? you really thought Zach could win more games?

im disappointed Rodgers got hurt. not Salehs fault.

im disappointed Zach was the backup, again i dont think that was Saleh. the only QB backup that would have made a difference that didnt go to a better situation was Marriota. and i think that was a Rodgers thing.

you guys WILL be very disappointed next year when we win 11 games and go to the playoffs and Woody hands him and JD 4 year contract extensions.

Mangini had 1 year and then got exposed. He’s a less idiotic Josh McDaniels who also started out hot in Denver and then quickly got exposed

Daboll might end up being another flash in a pan but I think he can actually coach unlike Mangina and McDouchenozzle

I can see that easily happening. Which is alarming in many ways.  Saleh is a defensive coach and knows nothing on the offensive side of the ball. JD, who was touted as an OL guru, has been pretty bad in forming one.  Is there hope for these two?  Maybe. They've put together a nice defense.  Drafted and brought up a couple nice players through the draft that have made a mark. So maybe its just a mater of giving it more time.  Injuries have really derailed JD's attempts at putting together an OL and his horrific pick of Zach really set this team back. Even post Rodgers, JD is going to have to fill in the missing pieces. Some of these guys are going to get tired of losing and go elsewhere when they're eligible for FA.  JD has got to stabilize the OL and he HAS to find a QB post Rodgers.

I really had high hopes for Bowles.  I thought he was going to get this turned around.  In his defense, though, he was stuck with a terrible GM.

REALLY LIKED WHAT mANGINI DID TO bELICHEAT. hE REALLY PISSED HJIM OFF. tHAT WAS LEGENDARY.

If there was one guy I'd bring back to this organization, it would be Mangini.  I don't know if it would necessarily be as HC but maybe somewhere in the FO.

I thought Herm kind of overachieved.  IIRC, he won 3 playoff games.  And they should've beaten the Steelers, which would've put them in the AFC CG.

Saleh is in the midst of epic, back to back late season collapses.

I believe he currently has the lowest winning percentage of any NYJ coach who lasted more than 2 years here.

yes, he’s been plagued by awful QB play and terrible injury luck, but he’s also been a colossal loser.
