How do you bring back this coaching staff?

I have said all along but Douglas and Saleh are safe. The injury to Aaron give them cover.

But I didn't think they could actually reach a floor, the level of which they have brought the team to this season.

They have a championship defense. If they had the fifth worst offense in the league they would win 9 games.

Yet they have managed to make this offense bad at historical levels.

I just don't see how you can bring them all back with a hackett as the offensive coordinator and try and sell this next year.

 What is happening is truly unbelievable.

This team only knows how to lose.

I agree with you.  I was kind of saying the same thing but, the truth is if we go 4-13, I don't know how they can come back.  But I don't know what Woody will do if AR8 says he doesn't want to be part of this organization anymore if we clean house.  Doesn't he cost us like $70M or something like that?  For 4 plays?!  And 0 completions?!

Saleh, Ulbrich and Hackett are back.  Many of the ACs will be Fall Guys.  

JD is 50/50.  He was responsible for putting an offense on the field.  He failed completely.  

Being fired next year will be a blessing, because it gives you a year head start to find a new job, and potentially the opportunity to get paid for a year off.  EVERYONE is who survives will be fired in 2025.

What’s making me sick is that Saleh is acting like this is all out of his control and the vibes will make it all better. But if he can’t beat the dog-ass Falcons at home, he cannot stay on as head coach. This was new levels of disgusting.

I'm starting to get a feeling of disgust at this team sort of like in the last Gase year.  It's amazing with all the changes on this team (and that includes a lot of upgrades), that we're still in basically the same exact position.

In an ideal world, Everybody who has a job with the Jets (Except maybe the ST coach) is on the chopping block. Fire Saleh. Fire JD. Fire Rodgers. Fire Zach. Fire the entire 53-man roster. Fire Woody. Fire Goodell, just for good measure.

I can't see any case to keep Saleh. On top of bad offense, the players are undisciplined, clock management is terrible, and this team sucks.

Eagles and crows. Bouncing back from adversity. We have embarrassed QBs. Multiple back to back losing seasons.

Drafting McDonald, signing Cobb, Lazard, and Turner, not adjusting immediately after the Rodgers injury.

What's worse is we've never seen Haclett call plays for Rodgers. It's entirely possible he continues to be booty cheeks and Rodgers does not bounce back from the injury at 40 years old.

If I needed to assign blame:

Douglas

Hackett

Our backup QBs

Injuries

Saleh

* Rodgers (if he impacted backup QB signings)

I 100% agree. But if they're going to stick with Rodgers next year (I wouldn't), then you either need to keep Saleh or promote Ulbrich. 

If that's the case, I think the entire offensive staff still needs to be gone.

If it were me, I'd completely clean house and bring in Harbaugh. Give him full control over everything.
