What players have said off the record in recent weeks they’re now unloading in front of cameras

Out-schemed is on the coaches.

“Out-efforted” is on the players as much as the coaches.

All the culture talk has been so hollow.

Robert Saleh is an awful head coach, and Joe Douglas is an idiot for hiring him.

End of story.

is max paying you to start threads. this is your 3rd in 40 mins.

He constantly searches for anything that absolves (or at least distracts from) his boy, Zachie Pooh, of responsibility for being one of the biggest busts in NFL history. For some reason, he doesn't realize that Saleh, Douglas, Becton and Hackett all sucking doesn't make Zach good.

BTW, he's against these people, but his posting history on this up until it could be used as an excuse for Zach isn't so clear..

I really don't understand why people get so upset that someone might have an opinion about a player that is different from their own.

This is a messageboard.

Is the idea to respond to a comment I made with another comment I made as the response?  So me wondering why people get upset at other people's opinions is because "this is a messageboard"?

I still don't think it explains why they get upset though.  I can understand vehement disagreement but to be upset at someone else's opinion of a player?  That still seems odd to me.

Yeah, I'll really never understand how people get emotionally upset on the message board. I think there is a big enough line to live comfortably in the realm of passionately caring without allowing an estrogen overload to overtake your thoughts and abilities.

I've had several people respond to me in that way over my opinions of ZW and JD.

Alcohol increases estrogen production in the body. It's science....

  • Jets lose A LOT which = depressed fan bases
  • Depressed fans = increased alcohol consumption
  • Increased alcohol consumption = increased estrogen levels
  • Jets fans = high level b!thces

Oh relax Jets Nation it's just a joke.

IIRC, someone who was a previous JN captain (I think a few years back) said that people were blaming him for the Jets losing.  And apparently they seriously believed it was his fault - lol.

I had someone blame me for Zach Wilson - lol.  I had to say something like "you realize that I have no influence over the decision making of this team, right?"

And this absolutely ridiculous whiny obsession here with threads being started as well. Why TF would anyone care who starts what threads? Does it cost Max or anyone else here $$ if someone starts a thread? If you don't like it, don't read the effing thing! It's like these washer women aren't happy unless they are bitching about something, like we don't have enough to complain about with the decrepit franchise we all love. Honestly, I will never EVER start a thread here again for fear of being vilified. I get it, we are all miserable year after year, but that is no excuse to take it out on each other. If anything, we should all be consoling each other for having to endure such a terrible product every football season.

I've started threads that have has several pages of discussion and many likes, yet people posted about how they were upset that they were created - lol.

Also, how is it that different to post within an existing thread as opposed to starting a new one?  I mean, I realize there's a "spam factor" but there's also a "spam factor" to posting in a pre-existing thread.

It's just the bully factor by some who seek to have approval of other's posts. Usually, they'll point to how many posts they have as if that counts for anything. Best antidote is to call them out on it. They'll slither away.

People don't like clickbait.

I'm listening to Jake Asman and his guest Will Parkinson said (very early in the discussion):

"DJ Reed basically admitted the second Zach Wilson fumbled in the 1st quarter, it was like 'eh, it's over'".

Considering that's when I switched over to Redzone I have to say I'm in agreement with DJ Reed.
