I still am a big fan of AR8 (as a player, not as a GM. I also love his vaccine stance!) and am still grateful he agreed to take on the challenge that is the sh-tshow of the NYJ.  But right now, the move is looking like yet another Jets disaster.  I blame the Jets' organization, though, not him.

I dont believe that.  I think he came into an already dysfunctional organization and has tried to help as much as a player can.

He was tossed out of one of the best organizatios in football based soley on who he is as a person not on his football ability.

They made a mistake and realized it.  Getting rid of him was worth millions.  Addition by subtraction.

He's merely a manifistation of the dysfunction.  The idea that he ends the dysfunction is where we disagree.

There is no end to this dysfunction until the coaching changes and the scouting improves

Can he just take over head coaching at this point? Let Salad and his goons be the DC and literally have Rodgers run the the offense and everything else. It’s never been done to that level before and why not in this case? Salad is pure garbage but might be salvageable if he stays in his defensive lane only and someone smart does the rest.
