I am not one to say a coach needs to motivate professionals, but you can see there is no accountability.

I really don't want to see this guy with 10 kids come into training camp looking like he spent all of his time in the gym/at the golf course.

To be completely fair, have you tried watching Jets tapes? I'd rather he use the time making calls to colleges seeing if he can get another gig somewhere else.
