Just some perspective… some people want new owners and GMs every other year… meanwhile 7 other teams have it worse and only 6 have had it better. I used title games because making the playoffs and getting bounced is useless. 1 1

I did since 2001 since it’s the “end of an era” with Bellichik (possibly Tomlin), Carrol all out… Andy Reid is the last man standing but it looks like the top will have a shakeup finally. 1 1

Barry McCockinner
All of the Jets wins came while there were still remnants of the Parcells era within the organization. They went to shambles after that. 4

20andOut
The Jets had a respectable run from Parcells through Rex with multiple playoff appearances from 97 to 2011. Including 3 AFC Championship appearances. Unfortunatly for STH like myself almost all were road games and almost everyone started from the wildcard. Becoming a distant memory now though. 1

I don't have to look it up. Its currently the longest streak of no playoff appearances in the NFL. The current regime has yet to post a winning record. Both GM and HC are lame ducks entering their last years on their contract. In all that time they couldn't muster better than .500 one single time. What possible argument can be made that they weren't given time or resources? They've had both and squandered them. 4 1

UntouchableCrew
What it really comes down to is from 1997 (arrival of Parcells) through 2010 we were actually a pretty good franchise and in the upper half of the AFC. From 2011 to the present we’ve been horrible — the worst team in the AFC over that stretch I’d imagine.
