Ulrich
All things being equal. And after remaining solidification of o-line & WR units. We know the defense will do enough to keep almost every game close. Maybe good enough to contend w the AFC’s best … … if Rodgett (Rodgers & Hackett) the co-OCs deliver on their side of the ball. If so no way do I see the Bills, Bengals, Dolphins, Texans etc decisively better than the Jets. Better perhaps but not by much. As for KC & Ravens they’re a tough nut to crack. No doubt. But until proven otherwise Lamar’s Ravens are vulnerable in the postseason. And KC, well, it’s very difficult to 3-peat, Cincy knocked them off once … it can be done. Go get it Rodgett

Warfish
The NY Jets, famous big talking champions of the offseason (and of hot air bravado) every year, lol. 13 years of being the butt of this leagues jokes, but now the rest of the league are "clowns" and we should only worry about the Super Bowl champs because the rest are just...so....easy. Lol. Jets Fans should fear themselves, because no one makes us look dumber more consistently than we do ourselves with all our collective hot air.

What do you think the odds are of the old guys like Rodgers, Smith and Moses staying healthy are? That’s our QB and two starting tackles. I’m not even getting into the others we have who are coming off injuries.

If trends follow, Rodgers and Moses wont miss any significant time. Smith will miss a bunch of games.

Yeah, we should act like the losers we are -- that'll shut them up and earn their respect, which we absolutely, desperately need!! For example, I won't be able to face the world until inbred Bills fans, along with all those in their linear, branchless family trees, put a stop to laughing at us all. I'm with you: we should all just watch football silently until we win a super bowl. 👍 1

That’s our QB and two starting tackles. I’m not even getting into the others we have who are coming off injuries. Rodgers I think is healthy and plays the whole season. His injury last year was a freak injury. Moses has pretty much played every game in his whole career. So no reason to think he won’t be healthy. Smith is the question mark. What I don’t like is that he seemed to play more than previous years last year bc he didn’t practice. Which isn’t exactly what you want. You want that communication with him and Simpson to be great. Ya he’ll be in every meeting and such. But getting those reps make a difference. But neither of them are rookies. So maybe it won’t matter. But I do think we should take a similar approach and let Smith not practice much during the week. That all being said I believe in Warren more than most. And would rather see us go weapon at 10. But won’t hate going OL. AVT I think needs to be added to this. He for some reason gets a pass. But the kid has missed the majority of 2/3 seasons. So he has to change something in his training.
Jet_Engine1
I have a love-hate relationship with excel... so I don't know what to think... But the Jets D is good enough to handle both on a good day, and Baltimore is good, but not the Ray Lewis Ravens anymore... Fear is the mindkiller.
