"Stick And Pick" - this is so popular these days.  I don't remember hearing this term until recently.
"Eye discipline"

What else?
I mean .. I guess we are looking for NEW terms .. because the granddaddy most annoying draft term in the history of annoying draft terms has to be 'Generational' followed by the redundant "Athletic Athlete"

Flipping the pick.

"The Jets flipped their backup safety for a 5th round pick, then flipped that pick for a WR and a 7h round pick, then they flipped that pick for a future 6th, which they intend to flip for..."

They made trades. There was no flipping involved at all!!

Flipping. Drives me mad.

Trade down. Just punch yourself in the balls if you utter that phrase plz.

No. You are trading down. It’s directionally logical. Trade back is the one that makes no sense. It sounds like you’re going back to where you started

Engage. It’s football. You should be engaged with someone every play. Dislike it when they say a guy struggles to engage. Especially with OLineman. They’re engaged with someone every play pretty much. Maybe not the way the evaluator likes. But he is engaged.

This + “bend”.

Basically the two phrases the muttered when whiffing in Zach and McDonald. Effectively, if we come out of the early picks with a guy that the whole organization says the same phrase for, it’s a tell that they’re scared they ****ed up and are trying like hell to sell it.
