I will never understand why the prosecutor did that.

1. Darden was way out of his depth from the start.

2. He thought Cochran was going to do it anyways, so he thought it best to be first. Later on he accused Cochran of ******* with the lining of the gloves.

Prosecution was baited into it.  So stupid and one of the worst courtroom bunglings ever.

Sad thing is if the murders had occurred a few years later when the public understanding of DNA was finally coming of age then OJ’s defense would really have had no leg to stand on from the jump.

This is correct. The evidence is overwhelming

Even if you are a total nut job, the amount of DNA evidence, where it was, how it was everywhere would have been impossible to plant and defy all rationality and the physics of the universe.

And when OJ was asked about what caused him to bleed so much he claimed he “didn’t remember”.  lol.

Every single person here remembers in great detail any time they suffered a major cut in their life span.  Your brain won’t let you forget that sh*t.  Well, as long as you were sober at the time that is, lol.

Even if hypothetically ojs blood was nowhere to be, both Goldman and Nicole's blood was in his vehicle and basically everywhere else. There is no way around it from any angle

Side note, I can't remember but because of the infamous Ford bronco scene, I think Ford discontinued the bronco series. Somebody can fact check me on that but I think that happened lol

Can you imagine the corporate board meetings lmfao

The OJ edition is being released in memory.

I believe they retired it and then recently brought it back (within the last few years.)

Yep, a book.  The fact he literally made money off his own murders with this book was sickening.  Granted, I think he had to turn around and use that money to help pay off his civil case dues….but still.

He didn't see a dime of any money from that manuscript. The original publication was cancelled and then the Goldmans sued for the rights. The best part about it was they then proceeded with publication and changed the cover. That's why "If" is printed in really tiny letters and the front page reads "I Did It" to the naked eye.

The bankruptcy case that suit got settled in is actually a heavily studied one due to the way the judge split the proceeds between the Goldman and Brown families.

I don't think the DNA was in question.  I think they created doubt about the chain of custody.  I watched the trial.  It was clear OJ did it and it looked like the cops moved some evidence to make an allready air tight case better.   Cochran did a good job of getting a sympathetic jury to believe the cops were lying.  There is a good probability that the cops screwed with the crime scene but there is no scenario where OJ didn't do it.
