32EBoozer
Rodgers at #11. I think it’s a favorable ranking, since he hasn’t played meaningful snaps in 18 months by the time the season rolls around. 2

Popular Post bonkertons
Purdy at 2 is....eek. I like him but no freaking way would I rank him ahead of those guys at 3-6. I'd bump that group up so 2-Allen, 5-Lamar, and then slot in Purdy at 6. 11 is pretty kind to Rodgers but I don't think I'd have him much lower than that. Maybe put Goff, Cousins and Stafford ahead? Either way he'll have to prove he hasn't lost a step before he really gets respected in lists like this again. Also lol at Daniel Jones at 32. Feels nice not seeing a Jets QB listed at 32 for the once.

Rhg1084
I’m sorry Brock is a system QB if I ever seen one. There’s about 15 QBs I’d take over him.

The Jets are banking on 2024 Rodgers being better than the 2022 broken thumb throwing to Allen Lazard as his #1 target Rodgers, who was still, statistically, not bad at all that year. You’d have to go back to Pennington in 2002 to find a Jet QB with a better passer rating. It’s no sure thing, but I’m not sure that it’s not the probable result, either. 5

bonkertons
One more thing, it's ******* comical, the balance of power between AFC and NFC QBs. Especially if/when guys like Burrows and Herbert bounce back to form, and if Rodgers stays healthy all year. Plus a guy like Lawrence who could easily cement himself as one of those top guys next year. You could end up seeing like an 8-2 split by the end of the season in that top-10, or even 9-1, with like the top 5 or 6 QBs all being from the AFC. How the hell did this happen? Without a doubt, by Jets QB standards he was a Pro Bowler. If we had that QB production last year we probably would have been an 11 win team. Which is why it's funny to me when I hear "experts" say "he's a 40 year old QB coming off a missed season and a bad season before that"....like BAD??? Honey...you don't know "bad".

If Burrows, Herberts, Rodger and Lawrences return to form, the AFC is going to be absolutely brutal. Of course, this is the 1-2 year stretch that our franchise finally seemingly has its sh-t together enough to have any kind of actual "deep playoff run" aspirations.

UntouchableCrew
These things are done to generate engagement/debate not to be accurate, but since we're feeding into it: Purdy at 2 is silly. Hasn't done anywhere near enough to be considered for the top 5 I don't know how you even have him top 10. Having CJ Stroud ahead of Lamar Jackson is disrespectful I don't think there's any NFL GM that would actually take Jalen Hurts or Dak Presccott over Justin Herbert Trevor Lawrence remains preposterously overrated. Nobody would take him over Matt Stafford right now. Daniel Jones kind of unfairly maligned. What is the possible justification for having him ranked behind Bryce Young? Shouldn't be behind all these rookies and career backups. 3

Jethead
No. Pic 'em 2024 season vs pick'em next 5 years.Totally different lists. Mahomes #1 on both but that's where it stops. 2024 only: Mahomes, Stafford, Allen, Rodgers, Lemar

He has been "outstanding", absolutely, but if GMs were given their choice of any QB to build around, there is no way in hell he'd go before any of Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, or Stroud. Literally no chance. I bet you most GMs would rather have Lawrence and Herbert as well. Purdy is a very good QB, but he's not elite. He just isn't. 1
