#1 I wish to god the jets still had Callahan on staff.

#2 JC Latham = Alex Leatherwood.

#3 The jets should be sending the titans a fruit basket for picking him and leaving Fashanu for the Jets.

In the NFL I think JC Latham becomes the RT Becton was supposed to be.

So I don’t think he is Leatherwood, but I don’t think he is Penei Sewell either.

Becton was supposed to be a LT and Latham is supposed to be a LT as well.

He'll be fine is his feet are faster than Beck boy. He's got good length, size and good hands. He needs to move his feet or even average speed rushers are gonna have a go at him. But if he gets his hands on you it's gonna be pretty hard to get away.

Dumb. You begin from an engaged position,  and it's essentially a max effort lift. Over and over again. It's a true "Power" 1RM instead of teaching how to convert SPEED to power (Like Oly WL'ing)

Meathead science at its finest. Dudes are basically doing a Smolov Squat cycle during football practice.

That Callahan, a top 3 OL coach, chose JC over your pick still gives you a ball rash!

What’s your coaching credentials to bill Callahan .  Some of you fans show your ignorance everytime.

Probably true .  Jet engine was an offense lineman on his high school team who dominated .    He could went pro but he had a higher calling.

If he played for the Raiders you would have an exact reason of why he would eventually be an all pro! This we know.

JD lucked out. First with GW and now with Fashanau. I dont think JD would have taken Latam though. There was no interest in him during pre draft talks.

There is no way that ends well.

What's the over/under on time before someone gets injured and that sled is put out of commission?

That thing looks like its going to seperate shoulders and cause hernias and twisted backs and knee sprains.  Woody just ordered 10.

A. WHY ARE YOU HERE??

B. Unlike internet losers that stalk other teams boards for no reason in a desperate search for friends, I don't need to lie about nonsense.

C. I have been a certified PL Coach for over a decade and a Competitive PL. for 2. What THAT ^ Machine is doing has NOTHING to do with "Coaching", that is a STRENGTH and CONDITIONING gadget. I'm sure the PT's on the team are looking at thing and having a fit. But whatever.  I'm sure Bill Callahan, the ultimate paragon of Strength and Fitness, is right about everything....

To be fair, I have had every one of those things without the benefit of some fancy sled.

There is an age old quote from one of the best GMS ever. I think it was Ron wolfe.  He said never listen to oline coaches when it comes to actually picking the players becasue they are sure they can turn any player into a pro bowler or at least functional player.

We shall see in time who was right about this one.

I got the idea it was more about technique and body position. Could be wrong, that just seems like thats what he would teach.
