In the NFL I think JC Latham becomes the RT Becton was supposed to be. So I don’t think he is Leatherwood, but I don’t think he is Penei Sewell either.

He's got good length, size and good hands. He needs to move his feet or even average speed rushers are gonna have a go at him. But if he gets his hands on you it's gonna be pretty hard to get away. Jet_Engine1
Dumb. You begin from an engaged position, and it's essentially a max effort lift. Over and over again. It's a true "Power" 1RM instead of teaching how to convert SPEED to power (Like Oly WL'ing) Meathead science at its finest. Dudes are basically doing a Smolov Squat cycle during football practice. JD lucked out. First with GW and now with Fashanau. I dont think JD would have taken Latam though. There was no interest in him during pre draft talks.

Unlike internet losers that stalk other teams boards for no reason in a desperate search for friends, I don't need to lie about nonsense. C. I have been a certified PL Coach for over a decade and a Competitive PL. for 2. What THAT ^ Machine is doing has NOTHING to do with "Coaching", that is a STRENGTH and CONDITIONING gadget. I'm sure the PT's on the team are looking at thing and having a fit. But whatever. I'm sure Bill Callahan, the ultimate paragon of Strength and Fitness, is right about everything.... 1

There is an age old quote from one of the best GMS ever. I think it was Ron wolfe. He said never listen to oline coaches when it comes to actually picking the players becasue they are sure they can turn any player into a pro bowler or at least functional player. We shall see in time who was right about this one. 1
