I'm posting this in the main forum to reach a larger audience, as the other rooms receive little traffic.

These books will provide insight into the connection between your metabolic health and lifestyle.

They are excellent resources for grasping the concepts of Medicine 3.0.

@TuscanyTile2 enjoy these!  @The Crusher - thank you!

Peter Attia seems well intentioned and honest in his research - I follow his advice. David Sinclar seems like he's got a little snake-oil salesman in him. But he does look 20 years younger than his age, so he must be doing something right.

Attia is full of sh*t and changes his opinions depending on which way the wind is blowing on any given day... and I don't know why he threw in a book about 'shrooms. Nope.

The rest of the authors he shared are pretty solid. Nina Teicholz is great.

What is he full of sh*t about? This is the first I'm hearing this...

I'm in the middle of a book about dealing with unsolicited health advice from people that listen to too much Joe Rogan.

It's amazing how triggered the left gets by Joe Rogan.

His general overall arguments on things make a ton of sense, but the way him and Huberman fail to frame research as an ongoing discussion do get annoying. There's plenty we know (i.e. Creatine = inarguably very good) and plenty we don't (i.e. maybe aspartame isn't so bad in the first place). I've been on a big Mike Israetel kick lately, he's funny enough to admit all of this sh*t and I'm a fan of the open steroids talk.
