WestCoastMole
There is an ongoing carriage fight between DirectTV and Disney regarding broadcast coverage of ESPN. Several San Francisco Newspapers are reporting that if the dispute isn't resolved by Thursday Night DirectTV won't meet the 72 Hour Rule. The Local Markets serving New York and San Francisco should not be affected as they have coverage from Local Networks but if you are out of Market you will forced to stream it or listen to radio coverage. JoeNamathsFurCoat
Ok, but I don't see the relevance as this has nothing to do with Zach Wilson 😂 Besides, I haven't had DirecTV since what feels like the Jimmy Carter Administration 🤣 🤣 Worst case scenario, I guess I can catch a 40-minute flight and pay $400+ for a ticket.

Who uses DirecTV anymore? Sign up for a trial period of Fubo, YTTV or any other streaming service that carries ESPN and you'll be fine. IndianaJet
8 minutes ago, Barry McCockinner said: they do this fairly regularly. this will be resolved and the game will be broadcast. Not necessarily. Last year Direct TV was in a dispute with Nexstar television which owned the CBS affiliates in Indy and elsewhere. The dispute did not get resolved until September 17th and Colts fans with Direct TV were unable to watch the week 1 game unless they had an antenna that could pull the over the air broadcast. Might be different because this is on a national scale, but these disputes don't always get resolved because football season is starting. https://www.indystar.com/story/sports/nfl/colts/2023/09/17/colts-on-tv-directv-nexstar-temporarily-resolve-dispute-allowing-games-on-fox59-cbs4/70884299007/

Normally I would agree with you but this seems different. Disney has become nothing but a blood thirsty band of greedy d*cks.

PS17
Is this really worthy of 13 asterisks? That should be reserved for a Jets AFC Championship game thread. Would have gone with four at most here, but probably zero.
