Is anyone on the roster safe after this season?

Gotta' figure Joe D. gets shown the door.  Th new GM will get to choose between paying a bunch of guy he didn't draft/sign (Sauce, Garrett, Quinnen, Quincy, MC II, Breece, McDonald, Sherwood, Tippmann, Simpson, AVT, Lazard, Olu) or moving them for draft picks to start over.

Do they have a legit fire sale or hang on to and pay these guys?

Yes ... McDonald, Fashanu, Tippmann, Agent 0 ... .. probably G5. Reed should be made team captain.

...

That's all I got... If this turn out to be 4-13 .. I have no issue with an utter teardown.

Depends on the final record but every young player should be back. There’s little cap relief in cutting players besides Davonte Adams and the only tradable guys that are valued are G5, Breece, Sauce, Quinnen, and Quincy. The team’s cap situation for next year clearly was a second year chance to run back this team with Rodgers and $50 million for re-enforcements and cap management. There’s a lot of cap space available in 2026 so the situation isn’t desperate.

I think it’s important that the next GM be able to turn this around quickly. Teams don’t rebuild for 3 years anymore, too many variables. Get a good coach that will use talent correctly.

That is an eclectic list. Lazard is inconsistent, expensive, cuttable, and tied to a QB who probably isn’t staying. Fashanu is cheap, signed for a while, and hasn’t built any value yet. Sherwood is a free agent.

If there is a new GM he will keep some guys, let some walk, and probably listen to offers for others depending on what the new staff thinks of them. Scheme will almost certainly play into it and decisions will need to be made sooner on guys like AVT, Sauce, Hall, and Wilson.

A lot of guys are.  I think a bunch of veterans will be gone, obviously:  Tyron, Mosley, Kinlaw, Reed, Clark, Conklin, Reddick, Solomon, Morstead, Zuerlein, just saw Mike Williams go.  A handful more I'm sure.

Only big name young player I could see going is Breece if they feel like resetting the RB clock AND they can get solid value for him - a late 1st or so, maybe more.  I know people are down on Sauce but he isn't going anywhere unless a team offers something ridiculous for him.  I just don't see a major shakeup of the foundation.  The supporting cast, for sure, but the main players will be back.

If we actually get a good smart offensive innovative coach in here there are some underutilized players that could show.

We can't rid of everyone.

Also.....I better start studying the draft this year as I have zero clue about most prospects so far other than a couple of QBs
