Rodgers was different in the Second Half

Everything was different , his body Language, his internal clock, his urgency getting to the line, his aggression ...

How can that be bottled for pregame next week.

They scored 21 points.

GW made 2 one handed circus catches for TDs on bad throws. That’s what was different.

The one at the end to Devante was beautiful, but it never happens if GW didn’t make those plays and give them a lead.

Bad throws? The ball was placed only where the WR can make a play on both of them and he made two great plays. If you think those were “bad throws” you don’t know what you’re watching

I’ll say the same to you.
Stop slurping for a moment, go back and look again. Then come back and tell me anyone other than an absurdly talented WR with incredible body control makes those catches… especially the OBJ like one.

Pride

He was booed heading off the field in the first half.

Can’t imagine that has happened too many times to him

Sad that he couldn’t muster more for his team in previous games, but when it got personal and the negativity was about him he responded. Whatever it takes, I guess.

Yeah .. but to see that Eye of a Killer was a thing of beauty .. I actually felt confidence.in the offense .. was a strange unnatural feeling for a Jets fan.

I have no doubt that call to throw to the End Zone was his alone.

Sure, it was nice. Just sad that it took him being booed to snap out of it. Especially given all the nonsense he talks about people being accountable and doing their jobs and mindset.

I would not call this a "bad throw"

That throw was absolutely perfect.  A HOF QB throw.

EDIT:

That wasn't even a difficult catch, btw.  AR8 laid it in there perfectly.

It wasn’t as bad a throw as the second one, I’ll grant you that. Let’s not act like he threw a dime though when the WR has to reach out and make a one hand grab.

Give credit where it’s due, Barry. There aren’t many guys who make that catch, and do it as gracefully as GW did.

I think the first one was perfectly placed where the Texan couldn't get a hand on it and it needed a great catch to complete it. The second one was a spectacular catch, but it was 3rd and 19 and he knew the DB had no chance of getting it. Throwing it up and letting the WR make a play happens all the time.

there's nothing bad about the throw. it's a very good throw. wtf? he put it where only his guy had a chance against tight man coverage while under pressure. great catch too.

I said what I said.
If a receiver’s only chance to make a catch is with one hand and his arm fully extended, and he does it? That’s a great play by the WR.

They actually scored 28 if dumbass doesn't drop the ball before he crosses the goal line.

I'm down on Rodgers and the team as much as anyone. I saw Corley drop the ball, watched for a few more minutes and turned the sh*t off and was shocked to see the score and highlights on GMF this morning. Guess I need to watch the shortened/no-ad replay of the game today.

That being said, I didn't know that if a team has good WR's then the QB gets zero credit for completions and TD's. Thats an odd bar.

Equating people rooting for their team to win to sucking cock is WHY people call you a Giants fan, dude...

Did you see where I repeatedly say the throw to Adams was beautiful?
See, here’s the problem with homers and guys who like to preach. When I say give credit to Garret Wilson for making two great plays instead of sucking the QBs balls for putting the ball “where only the WR can make a play” and guys come back with the Giants fan thing? I could care less.

You’ve never seen me get upset by it. I just laugh, and give them a shot back. Why? I’ve been following the Jets longer than 90% of them, and I don’t need or want their approval. When they go there I know I struck a nerve.

There are plenty of guys here I enjoy talking to, and you know you’re one of them. The others? Meh.
