Alka
After yesterday's debacle, do any of you really believe we can go 4-3 the remainder of the season? Just to get to the failed 7-10 seasons of the past 2 years? Zach Wilson would not have done worse. Yes, you read that correct. Zach Wilson could of gotten us to 7-10 this year, and we wouldn't had to trade away 2 -2nd round draft picks. So, I will end with this reasonable prediction. This Jets team will not go 4-3 to end the season. This Jets team will go 2-5 to end the year with 5 wins. Imagine if I made that prediction before the season? I would have been laughed off the website.

But very few are asking the question of how we're actually worse with more talent surrounding AR8 and an easier schedule. ZW had plenty of issues but he got way too much blame. This franchise has been too much to overcome for a HOF QB with 4 NFL MVPs. 1
nj meadowlands
Good chance 7-10 happens. This team is too cursed for the embarrassing bottom out that is needed.
Adoni Beast
I thought this was a 9-8 team in the summer mostly due to coaching. A good head coach gets 11 wins out of this team. I think we probably end up with 5 or 6 wins by the end of the season. We probably beat the Jaguars and the Dolphins (once) and possibly beat the Colts but Flacco beating us at home makes so much sense in the Jetverse that I can’t see it NOT happening.

We're not winning another ******* game if they are played like yesterdays.

Everyone thought this team was stacked, and that the team would fly. My 10-7 prediction was also due to coaching, and the defensive tackle position not good enough in my opinion, outside of Quinnen Williams. I felt that our run defense would suck. I was at least right about that.
jeremy2020
I said 6-11 and I'm feeling nervous.

I thought the OL would be better and we’d have a good run game but that Mike Williams wouldn’t be healthy and GW5 would be doubled every game and our passing attack would be sh*t. Yeah, I thought 9-8 mostly due to sh*t coaching. I did think Rodgers would be better, not MVP level like he was but definitely better than this.

varjet
NFL teams will often smooth out. Good teams get tired and bad teams play better as their players panic over their jobs next year. The Jets are NOT finishing better than 7-10. Its somewhere between 5-7 wins me thinks.

Prodigal Syndicate
It would be extremely poetic for us to finish with 7 wins or less. The last 6 years we've been gaslit by Douglas homers that a rebuild took 5 years because the team he took over was so bad. So him never being able to break the accomplishment of 7 wins of the roster he took over would be *chefs kiss*

This is exactly what I thought. i thought this was a talented roster that should win double digit games but felt we had a bottom 5 coaching staff that would hold us back. I oscillated between 9-8 and 10-7. I also feared the defense would regress and was pretty vocal about that. but I never imagined we’d underachieve to this degree. the bad jets season i feared was finishing 9-8 and barely missing the playoffs by choking away the last game of the year. What’s happened in these first 10 games has been nothing short of pathetic.

What’s happened in these first 10 games has been nothing short of pathetic. I had two fears going into this season. 1. We would end up 9-8 and miss the playoffs 2. We would end up 10-7, get bounced in the the wild card and extend Robert Saleh I am hopeful that this whole charade gets sent to mars on space x and we get a real regime in here next year. We were never winning it with Rodgers once he tore his Achilles. He was never going to come back and be the same. It took Brady a couple of years after his injury in 2008 to return to form….Rodgers doesn’t have that kind of time at his age. Once his Achilles snapped so did our Super Bowl window.
