spjets Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 my step dad sells stuff all the time... just make sure you explain the product exactly the way it is.... ex: if theres a scratch on something make sure you say that...some buyers can be real a-holes and ruin your rep on there... It depends how greedy u are. if you just want a quick sale with no hassles, use a buy it now format with a low(er) price with a pay immediately option. also, if you have a good idea as to how much stuff costs to ship, just make that a flat fee so that your paid in full right away. things that are way large or heavy that are not worth much are not good for ebaying because the shipping is restrictive unless you want a local pickup-if its something people would want. whatever you have, run a few searches to see what the going rate is. if you see buy it nows for 45 bucks as the lowest just do a buy it now for 39. you want to sell, not get jerked around by some a hole or price it too high that nobody bids and you still owe ebay money Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
