Jets’ first-half line assumes a Pennington start

By Andrew Folkes

Thu, Aug 10, 2006

New York Jets coach Eric Mangini still hasn’t selected his starting quarterback for Friday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, so the sportsbooks are ready to make the decision for him.

They`ve set the first-half line with New York dogged by 1 1/2 points assuming that Chad Pennington is getting the nod. The full-game odds have the visiting Jets at +3

Bucs 17 - Jets 3

What is the line on this one? The Bucs are a LOCK.

Bow to my greatness. The missed field goal was not in the original script. Good job to Greenbeans for nailing the score as well.

What do I win? Who runs this cheapo site? I want to know what I win.

i am nothing but positive!! it is a beginning!

hey how about those patsies!!

a loss is a loss.

First off, if you think pre season games matter if you win or lose, you are delusional.

I was rooting for the Falcons to kick that FG and not have the game go into OT. Only bad things (injuries) happen in OT pre season games.

BTW gg, did you happen to catch Maroney's performance tonight?;)

When/if it gets fixed.

BZ

Right now there is no fix for vbookie with vbulletin 3.6. A few people claim to have fixed it but it is still not working. The guy that wrote the hack has abandonded it. So in short....vbookie is screwed.
