Xcel2NuFX
Looked extremely good to me tonight. I saw the Jets try and give him the ball on some fade patterns down at the goaline also which I liked. He didn't come down with the ball but made a good effort and had good position on the CB both times. Not only did he look pretty fast but he looked big! Looks like he's really has been working out as hard as I have been reading about. Cotch seems liek the ANTI-JMAC to me. He plays big and he runs good routes. If the team had a more established offense playing around him I could see him having a breakout year... Who knows maybe he will anyway. All and all I thought the Jets looked pretty good tonight as far as the first string(and some second) players are concerned. I'll let mangini worry about the guys that were letting that fat Davis guy run all over us in the 2nd half.
Maxman
I agree 100%. Cotch looked like the # 2 receiver tonight. The sad part is that JMac probably stays on the team because of his cap #. I just hope they don't cut a WR and regret it a year or two down the road because of JMac.
Smizzy
He will be our #2 WR by the end of the season.
SoFlaJets
I also saw JMac whiff on a block on a downfeild run-he was invisible Cotchery will be the #2 by next month-he should have held onto that Clemens pass in the EZ IMO-Jerricho looks like he WANTS it real bad-McCairens looks like a guy on his way to the airport on an out of town ticket

At least with mangini there's hope of actually doing what he says. putting the best player on the field. Herm waited til they were strapped to a stretcher before replacing a starter

I opened their eyes to his clock mgmt, gameplanning not changing for 4 quarters of every game.running starters into the ground. dick curl needed? please I know he's gone but that's what we fans do. compare the old with new when there is a regime change

JETSFAN5180
Cotchery has a chance to surpass Coles if he continues to get open and make great catches.Qbs tend to pick a favorite reciever based on performance.I see Cotchery having a big year.He also looks like hes been in the weight room. You have him passing Coles after one 3 for 36 preseason game? Coles has always been Penny's favorite target.
