4HCrew
on SNY? it was on last night at 7pm...somewhat informative and the analysts are not all puckering up to the Jets. The main point they all said was to work with Blaylock and do not waste a draft pick on the likes of Shipp,Suggs or Brown.
faba
Any running back we can get now would only be a stopgap guy- better to wait to get a chance at a real number one back that can handle the bulk of the carries.
SoFlaJets
I want us to get Travis Henry who would be the perfect 1 year plan-I know the guy is having drug problems and is "in the program"-the league's version anyway but face it the guy knows how to run in the northeast. The team has been focused on all these "quality" individuals for the last few regimes but my contention is this;what has it won us?Who are we to be so sanctimonious and think we are above giving a guy a second(or 3rd) chance? Say what you will about Ricky Williams but if it weren't for him the Fins would have never had that winning streak to respectability they had last year-one year plans can work Saban showed us that.Tennessee might be willing to part with him for a 4th or 5th rounder... madmike1
If a 4th or 5th round pick is the difference between having a decent running game and the patchwork thing we have right now that seems worth it to me...
JETSFAN5180
Blaylock is too small. He wont last if his workload is increased to anything more than a backup.
