NIGHT STALKER
If you want to go into some detail, that's fine, but give me one position (only one) that if you were in charge, what position would you want to fill knowing that whomever you pick will be a mainstay for at least the next decade. I'm picking RB...only because the average RB only lasts something like 4. something years in the league...having a RB last a decade would be tremendous...just ask Curtis. But, seriously, I think I would pick a QB...only because I think Mangini will build us a top notch D in a couple of years.
Maxman
Can I pick head coach? Because a coach making it 10 seasons in NY would mean that he won a Championship or two along the way!
mr nyjet
general manager. get another boob like dumbway, and you can ruin a team so easily.
SoFlaJets
I wouldn't mind a WR the likes of a Michael Irvin,Jerry Rice,Don Maynard or Chad Johnson since I think we may just have that decade QB in Clemens to get them the ball-finally

By far. Name the last team to win the super bowl because of their recieving core was so "magnificent". St. Louis Rams....and then? No one in the 90's at least. The last team to win the super bowl with the BEST WR in the leage? Jerry Rice, (not sure on the year) Name the last time the BEST offensive tackle won the superbowl? Orlando Pace, Johnathan Ogden The best OLines almost always have winning records at the minimum. Check last years final four teams...or really final eight. I take Offensive Left Tackle any day of the week, starting with Orlando Pace as the best i have seen. ps- shawn alexander had better write in and agree with me, and then give walte jones his entire signing bonus, cause he owes the man big time. The Troll
QB. Give me that Tavaris Jackson kid from Minnesota....I was impressed. Wow. He could be the good version of Michael Vick. The poor Texans and Falcons got the bad versions.
Thor99
I would like to fill Alyssa Milano. Any position will do.
124
He could be the good version of Michael Vick. The poor Texans and Falcons got the bad versions. He looks exactly like Michael Vick but with the ability to sit in the pocket and deliever the ball into the hands of the WR. Jackson = The Real Deal. I'm also with Theismann on looking at the TD to INT ratio...29 to 5...that's impressive IDC where you play.
Greensince69
A big, mosterous, penetrating, run stopping nose tackle. May not be glamours but makes the rest of the defense soo much better.
4HCrew
QB...Brady Quinn... rbs and wrs will come and go the one mainstay needs to be the leader of the team and the glue for the offense and communicator for the coach

I think a great QB can overcome less talent then a great RB for a sustained period of time (i.e. a season). Not too many Superbowls have been won with average QBs. The same cannot be said about RB. So when the niners won, yes, in large part becaues of Rice, but there hasn't been anyone to do that since. Offensive Tackles, best slot in football
