Thor99
Fat boy got hammered giving up back to back to back HR's in the 3rd. I wasn't very happy with fatty's signing myself. That being said, Unit hasn't been exactly lights out either.
haggis
Wells will be the Boston media's bitch unless he turns things around quickly.
PFSIKH
Wells will be the Boston media's b!tch unless he turns things around quickly. He was always a Yankee lover and this is his way to bring Boston down.
Maxman
Wells will be the Boston media's b!tch unless he turns things around quickly. Wells is still a Yankee. Except he is getting paid by Boston now. Two year deal. That one is going to sting for a small market team like the Sox.

The Gun Of Bavaria
You think he will only put on 10 pounds between now and July? I'm pretty sure I saw a hot dog vendor making stops by the dugout the other night....
faba
The decision to sign Wells will keep Dunkin Donuts shops in the Boston area in the black-Boston's rotation is shaky but you can say that for just about every team in the league.
Jet/BosoxFan
I think I hate this fat slob now more than ever, and that is saying alot. He should absolutely have to change his the number 3 on his uniform to number 2 because that's what he is pitching like these days. I guess I am willing to give him some MORE time to adjust to the AL and Varitek...the best in the game by far at calling a game...but the patience of the Nation is wearing thin. Blackout
did anybody else notice how fat Curt Schilling looked in his paw-sox debut? I mean yeah he hasnt been able to work out much with that ankle, but it looks like he's been training with David Wells

But I would imagine that an offseason of partying does take its toll on the body.
124
I wonder if Red Sox fans believe he's pitching this poorly to try to help out the Yankees.
