PatsFanTX
Worth a pick up? Why do Jet fans want to pick up every player cut and sign every FA out there? The roster size is 53, not 5,300.

Latinlawyer
Worth a pick up? I dont think so. He is not better than the two cb's we have now. Best thing you can say about him is that he is younger than Donnie Abe. So basically, let some other team take him. LL

I agree lets go to the source -Steeler fan on board what is his opinion of Scott. My own opinion is to pass on him I would rather draft one of the young guys available to us. StillerPaul
Worth a pick up? Yea if ya like burnt toast. Actually he can be a decent nickle back, His downfall is he gets caught peeking in the backfield and jumping routes. He watched Rod Woodson as a youngster coming up and thought he could get away with the same.

StillerPaul
On another note, i do think that picking up Jay Reimersma would not be a bad idea for the price (assuming he has healed properly and passes physical). What you get with him is a very good pass catching TE that we hardly used due to having such talented WR's.
StillerPaul
Wasn't Scott a 1st round pick? Yep #24 of 97' i believe. He started the year and got injured in the Dallas game. Willie Williams took over for him the rest of the way. He came back the next to last game and couldn't unseat WW, making him the nickle back. He's an adequate corner IMO, just has the habits i stated above. I think the right team wull put him at nickle and be OK.
