NYJ
Now if A-Rod can only do this in a meaningful game during a clutch situation, then we may have something here. It's nice to see all the bats woke up. The Rays are the perfect team for the Yanks to play right now.

Jet/BosoxFan
The Rays are the perfect team for the Yanks to play right now. You mean...the Yanks "need" to play against a single A team? They were utterly embarrassed by a single A pitching staff of the Baltimore Orioles...what happened there?

They were utterly embarrassed by a single A pitching staff of the Baltimore Orioles...what happened there? Not only that, but the Yanks pitching staff gave up 8 runs. To the Devil Rays. The Rays scored 3 whole runs in the entire series in Fenway. But it's Boston's pitching that's subpar. Right.

We had to listen to the Yankee $kankees on this board profess JW was going to be the headhunter for NYY and avenge the 5-0 Yankee batters that were plunked in the 1st Red Sox series. Didnt happen, obviously. But it is my belief that it didnt happen because JW is incapable of throwing the ball where he wants to. He's NL garbage! Thor99
On a side note, Giambi got hit. Again. Hanging over the plate. Again. Didn't move. Again. Someone from MLB needs to say something to him, Torre and the Umpires. It's getting ridiculous.
