We're a ONE AND HALF point underdog?

Well, I know where my 25 VCash are going.

How the hell are we 1.5 dogs to a 1-5 team? I know the home team gets 3 points automatically, but, still!? In that case they figure we'd only win by 1.5 points? Gimme a break.

The only way Cleveland keeps it close is because of our secondary in the 4th.

Well look at THEIR secondary. Both of their starting CB's are out.

The teams that Cleveland has lost to have been good teams.

This game is by no means a cakewalk

there's no such thing as a cakewalk in the NFL, they're ALL hard fought wins-and hard to come by SD-ask Jax and Philly how THEY feel about Sunday against Houston and Tampa Bay and Chicago last week against Arizona

Check the posts at the top of this thread.

Last week, the Jets had a cakewalk. That game was over as soon as the Jet ran up teh gut.

That should tell you how drastically over rated Jet fans think of their team.

The reality of the situation is the Jets are an underdog against a 1-win team.;)

Lines have nothing to do with the strength of a team, and have everything to do with the betting public's perceived strength of a team and situation.

Exactly.

And outside of the little circle jerk going on here, the perception of the betting public is that the Jets are still not a very good football team.

Too bad your real record is not 5-2.

That would have meant the Jets would have beaten a good team somewhere along the line.;)

again and who have the Pats beaten? Oh yea the over rated Bengals...Let's see how you fare the next 5 weeks before you can say WITH CERTAINTY the Patriots can beat any of the elite squads-even the Jets are a better team now than the one you faced

I do not pay attention to whether we are the favorites or not- better for us to be the underdog- we need to keep that mentality to keep proving the doubters wrong.

yea faba-Kerry Rhodes was asked after the game if he thought the Jets might finally start getting some recognition from the ESPN's of the world and he said-and I quote "I hope not I'd rather fly under the radar"

Acutally blackout, the Jets are beating 1-win teams on their schedule.

They are losing to teams with good records.

Anything less than homefield throughout the playoffs for the Pats should be considered unacceptable with that schedule.
