justincredible
I am taking WVU big in this game. I am a Sparty fan but one of my best friends is a huge WVU fan so I have found myself pulling for them once Sparty is out of the picture. I guess technically Sparty is out of the picture before the first game of the season but I always hold out hope that one of these years they can string together a FULL season of football. Anyway, Go Neers! P.S. What happened with the vCash? It looks like everyone magically has 1000 now.
faba
I am interested to see this game- West Virginia has played the weaker schedule so far -so it is time for them to show they can do it on the road against a good team
JetCane
I am interested to see this game- West Virginia has played the weaker schedule so far -so it is time for them to show they can do it on the road against a good team L'ville has played a pretty weak sked, too. The only team that even looks good on the resume is Miami, but they are bad this year. And that game was at home. Neither team has played anywhere close to a difficult schedule. It's still the Big Least. But it should be an exciting game.
quietjets
in that case, I rather Louisville kill WVA.. It would be an embarrassant if Cardinals lose the game to Mountaineers. No freaking way for Mountaineers to stay in national championship contest.. Cardinals have everything in defense and offense as Mountaineers are just relying on speed to control a game. I don't really have any basis for this but I think the score will be Louisville - 31 WVU - 21 you are right... he has played last 2 games. Wow that is a quick return from thumb injury... I would love to see Louisville win 41-10 over WVA.

justincredible
careful justin, that comment is a recipe for a blowout I hope not. I'd honestly love another thriller like last year with the same result, of course. That was one hell of a game.
quietjets
These two teams are about as evenly matched as you can get in terms of total offense and total defense per game. HA.. I dont give a rat about statistic. Cardinals have balance of power and speed whilst Mountaineers have only speed.. For once again, Cardinals should send Mountaineers to the mining pit. justincredible
For once again, Cardinals should send Mountaineers to the mining pit. I really don't know what that means, but WVU leads the all-time series 6-1.
The Troll
Brohm has been back for weeks. Doesn't matter though. Cardinals will have no answer for White and Slaton and Mountaineers win it big.
T-Mac
Louisville is a passing team first and isn't missing Bush at all. Their blockers can pave the way for anyone. It simply comes down to time of posession. It'll be a shootout. 45-38 Louisville.

JetCane
This sets up the biggest game in Rutgers history... True. RU needs to play defense next week. WVU couldnt stop L'ville's offense. Props to Bobby Petrino. Can Rutgers handle his offense?

JetCane
I'm not sure if I was overrating WVU or underrating Louisville but that was a big win for the Cardinals. I think the general feeling was overrating WVU's D, (which i did, too) and underrating Bobby Petrino as a great offensive mind. Two stats that jump out from last night: TOTAL NET YARDS wvu 575 l'ville 491 wow The other one is wvu committed 6 fumbles (three lost) and TOs will just kill you

When was the ACC ever a "powerful" football conference? They have always been a powerful BB conference, and have a lot of $$$ pull in the NCAA. Thats about the extent of its power. As soon as you start talking about CFB you dont know what you dont know.

Just paraphrasing what Gene DiPhilipo (BC Athletic Director) said. Including BB and Football. However, I defer to your expertise, Sir. You surely must know it all. JetCane
Your "amusement" is based on an incorrect premise. Neither the Big Least nor the ACC are powerful fb conferences. But dont let that stand in the way of your gloating.
Garb
Gloating? I can't stand BC. Dude - I'm listening to the BC ahletic director right now on WEEI (boston radio). It might be lip service - actually, it probably is - but he's blowing smoke up eveyone's arse about what a fantastic fb conf it is.
