Welcome to the "Student Beats Teacher" Edition of POTW. What a great week to be a Jets fan - Jets beat Pats, "Little Bill" is called out for looking and acting stupidly toward Mangini, Richard Semour calls out the Pats for their crappy play, AND THEN DRob wins the Defensive Player of the Week award. Good week!

Anyway, let's get right to the posts this week, there are a lot of really, really good nominees!

There is no prejudice in my blood - TX actually WON something this week (of course in a back-handed way, sort of). Get off the persecution trip, amigo, it does not suit you.

I would happen to agree with that statement.

Wow - shock, awe, surprise. Granted the Hester crack was funny, but not after the big win over that falling apart, sign Junior "Cry Baby" Seau, sign Vinny "Is he still alive" Testaverde, cry about "my favorite reciever is gone", can't run 30 yards without needing a break, cheap-shoting, gift earning, wife stealing, money grubbing, complete fraud of a team that is the Pats. I'll keep the focus right where it belongs, TX - 17-14 and 1 game back in the AFC East with a new HC, new OC, new DC, and a new attitude in Long Island.

GB did the right thing, picking a post relating to the NYJ kicking the pathetics asses and planting Bradyback's butt in the mud, but I would have chosen Max's beyotch slap post (which I nominated btw) ;)

The level of talent in the NFL between all 32 teams is miniscule.

Good coaching can take a poor team to a good team and a good team to a great team.

True - Just about every guy on an NFL was an all-conference player, a highly regarded recruit, the high school stud. Coaching and getting the players in the right place at the right time is the difference.
