Time to dump salaries, fat georgie!!!

Now that bandwagon Yankee fans and blind Yankee homers have agreed that this season is over...it is time to retool this entire roster in hopes of seriously competing again. Unfortunately, this owner spent an obscene amount of money (see more than the average GNP of a third world nation) there are certain players that cannot be moved because nobody in their right mind is willing to touch them with a ten foot pole.

Here is a list of players you're stuck with until their HUGE contracts expire because they are grossly overpaid and mind-numbingly under-performing:

-A-hole

-Juicin' Jason

-K Brown

-Garroid Sheffield

-J Posada

-M Mussina

-C Pavano

-P Quantrill

-F Rodriguez

-the late, great Bernie Williams

The following players, while overpaid, are inelligible for salary dumping because they are washed up and/or injured:

-J Wright

-M Rivera

-The Great, bwa-hahahaha BamTino

-S Karsay

Here is the list of players, albeit expensive ones, whom you stand a reasonable shot in the dark of getting somewhere near fair market value for:

-H Matsui, sure to be taken by a suitor or two with a chance for a postseason berth!!!

-T Sturtze, could start for a sucky team (I mean other than the Yankees of course)

-B Groom

-J Flaherty (see T Sturtze)

-B Crosby...maybe you can get a bag of baseballs for him! Can you say bargain?

and lastly...the Yankees can shed roughly $20 mil a year by moving Derek "Captain Overrated" Jeter. Now, I know its gonna be hard to convince any other team to spend that much on a 2-out singles hitter with an above average glove...but he is rather marketable and no doubt a bunch of teeny boppers would start to show up in say, Kansas City or Arizona. Plus, ss soon as MLB statisticians start measuring "intangibles" DJ is sure to be a first ballot HOFer!!!

Not to mention the fact that NYY already has a better shortstop to replace DJ on the roster!

But hurry up and dump salaries already...the rest of us have a pennant to chase!!!!!

If Zippy wasn't such a complete tool, he might have noticed that the Yankees have the exact same record they had this time last year, and are actually closer to first place than they were then.

I guess I won't give up on the season, just yet.

Idiot.

Its become impossible to forget the 8-11 coincidence because none of these JN homers (Max, shawn, EB, smizzzy) will shut up about it. So Porn 'stache...are you suggesting the Yankees need to revisit ast year's recipe for success? They brought in A-hole, Sheffield, Gordon, Vazquez, and Brown...and each one was complicit in the greatest chokejob in sports history!

Now I know the Yankee marks are trying to forget about this year and reminisce about the glory days...but I'd be steering as clear as possible away from last year if I were you, 'Stache.

I'm all for fixating on the greatness that was yesteryear, but I'm not sure bringing back a shot Mike Stanton, a nearly dead Tino Martinez, and propping up the corpse of Bernie Williams in CF is the proper way to go about it!

can you say: I dont know how to post messages on this board without looking like a redundant retard?

Can you say:

"I shouldn't call people retards on the same day that I emailed Max for help with a signature?"

What's really funny is that you think you're clever and bad, when you're really just the stupidest MotherF****r on the Internet.

Dont call me a motherf'er, Bob. For the last time, I didnt shag your mother...I just let her toss my salad.

Now, I apologize to my fans for the hackey "mf'er" line. I know you expect more from the Legend. I feel as if I delivered the goods on the "toss my salad" line.

As for Porn 'Stache from Binghamton, please spare us! Dont compare this year's laughable Yankee product with last years choke artists! Youre 4th and 5th starters are garbage and you have no bullpen this side of Rivera. Nor is Garroid capable of pulling off what he pulled off last year. Oh, and unlike this year, the Mets were not the most interesting team in NYC last season.
