Were there any Jets named Rocky by any chance?

Rocky Klever's claim to fame in the early 1990's was as Howard Stern's Jets buddy -- Leonard Marshall was his Giants pal, then.

Klever even appeared in an old Channel 9 Howard Stern Show episode simulating Howard's Super Bowl party -- before the Bills-Redskins game?

Klever and the Stern gang all showed up on screen in towels and got rubbed down by near naked women that night.

I remember Marshall calling in all the time. I don't remember Klever. As always R44 -- you know something I don't. Good job!

I have an framed autographed picture on my wall from Paul Rochester DT who played in SB III.

It says:

To Doug,

Good luck from your pals the NY Jets

68/69 World Champs

SB III

Paul "Rocky" Rochester #72

Didn't actaully meet him, but a good friend had him sign this for me and sent it.

cheers,

d
