TDTonyPaige
Like most of you guys, I'm pretty happy with the picks. I'm just a little surprised they didn't get any OL prospects. Was this really that poor of a OL draft? Not sure about you guys, but I'm quite nervous about Adrian Jones.
stormshadow19
Eh, not really... because Terry and Herm have been saying that they were ready to go to war with Jones.
TDTonyPaige
And you believe that? They said the same thing about Brent Smith at guard last year.
stormshadow19
And yet, they didn't draft anyone... so yeah, it's rather believable now.
faba
I think you still have to factor in June 1st salary cuts- as where you might be able to pick an experienced guy to compete- Turley is one person off the top of my head that could apply to. Also it really was not a secret from all the so called experts- the o/l position was one of the weakest in this year's draft
The Troll
I would have liked to have drafted an offensive lineman in the seventh round, rather than draft some favor. Hopefully, we'll bring in Munoz or someone else in free agency.
Kentucky Jet
we actually have 4 young guys on the team waiting for a shot. Why draft more OL guys and retard thre growth of the guys on our team? Plus why not sign MUNOZ as a FA? and after JUNE 1 sign a guy with talent who is cut?
faba
I also think OT Terry that Seattle released has not been signed by anyone as far as I know- the guy has talent but has other issues- could be worth a gamble
TDTonyPaige
Kentucky - We may have 4 guys waiting for a shot but are they quality guys or roster filler? I guess we'll find out soon enough.
