shawn306
Rocker recently signed with Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic league. So he has gone from being a great closer to facing teams like the Somerset Patriots and the Atlantic City Surf.

They have a great ballpark and they produced current Met minor league first baseman Mike Glavine (Tom's bro)!

Not dissing them. I work about 20 minutes from the ballpark and will be making a couple of trips there this season. Alot of former major leaguers have either made their way through the Atlantic league or managed. Sparky Lyle and John Montefusco with the Patriots Ruben Sierra spent a season with the Atlantic City Surf. Tommy Herr is managing the Lancaster Jose Lind is managing a team this year (Long Island I think) Butch Hobson manages Nashua. Rickey Henderson, Jose Canseco and Bill Pulsipher. It is a nice night out to watch baseball at a cheap price. Probably like going to a double a game.
