#27TheDominator
Any idea if the new LP is any good? Still haven't heard it. Nah. I haven't heard it yet either. I was at one of the first post-Pavement shows he did in New York. I think it was at the Bowery Ballroom. I still have the "Who the **** is Stephen Malkmus" t-shirt. HessStation
This is also a great starter/beginners song to teach somebody who wants to learn guitar, it's very simple yet profound. Basically what Am, C, D and some E right...or is it Em I don't have my guitar and not good enough to remember for sure but it's a nice, easy yet awesome song you can pluck around and play with too? HessStation
So Pearl Jam hit my ipod on random shuffle at the gym today. Man it had been a long time since I've really listened to them. So it got me thinking and going through all their stuff. Well, here is what I'd consider their 3 best songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ka12hnyeo9Y
HessStation
and btw I was never really a huge Pearl Jam fan but they were a pretty good band. Edited September 29, 2011 by HessStation

RutgersJetFan
when I worked in NYC, I played a ton of miles on my ipod, it just fits NYC so perfectly Been listening to him a ton lately, mostly because I've just been moving to more instrumental stuff as of late and using that as an opportunity to explore his catalog. Bye Bye Blackbird, Kind of Blue, Round Midnight...etc. Just an amazing amount of material to wrap yourself around. Jazz is the sh*t.
HessStation
With the understanding it's probably his most popular/mainstream success Kind of Blue is by far my favorite Miles Davis record. With that said Bitches Brew was the bomb when going to sleep stoned back in the day. Edited September 30, 2011 by HessStation
