TaborJet
GTA IV: Confirmed For Oct, Episodes in 08 March 1st 2007 --- Publisher Take Two announced in a financial results conference call that Grand Theft Auto IV will be shipped simultaneously for the Xbox 360 and PS3 during the month of October. They also stated that the Episodes will start to be released in 2008, as far as we know this is still an exclusive to Xbox Live Marketplace. The most interesting piece of info here is that the PS3 version and the Xbox 360 version will drop on the same day. Meaning this will be the first triple A title with competing versions on both systems at the same time. If the Xbox 360 version should outsell the PS3 version this will be particularly embarrassing for Sony, since GTA was one of many Killer Apps for the PS2. war ensemble
I hope ecurb doesn't see this. If he does there will be 700 facts to prove why the PS3's GTA will sell more than the 360's one. Anybody have a clue where it's going to be? I'm hearing London, which would be fine with me. Didn't they annouce this earlier, I remember looking on the official site and it said coming in October.
